Subject lines should not contain unmarked spoilers 24 hours following an event. So for example, if Bob Backlund defeats Roman Reigns for the Title in an unscheduled match... an appropriate subject would be "SPOILER unexpected match ending tonight" or something. "SPOILER beats Roman Reigns for the Title!" isn't quite vague enough - some people may not want to know there was a Title change at all.
Unmarked spoilers are okay as soon as an event airs on TV.
All spoilers for events that are taped but haven't aired - NXT for example - must be marked as spoilers. No subjects should reflect taped spoilers. For example, "SPOILER debuts at NXT tapings!" would be okay, while "BOBBY ROODE DEBUTS AT NXT!" would not be.
The exception: If WWE acknowledges any spoiler in any official capacity, it is okay to openly talk about without marking spoilers. Eric Young's debut is an example of that.
Any questions? Ask away!

What about Dan Severn's impending NXT debut? We all know it's going to happen, we just don't know when...

Since everyone already knows, his debut wouldn't be a spoiler. A spoiler would be if he DOESN'T debut.
