Gordon Baxter: I called this press conference for two reasons. All charges against Katherine Phoenix have been dropped upon hearing of her death, and a sizable donation from my client DeMarcus Jordan will be made to an anti-bullying charity in her name. Secondly I wanted to announce we are taking legal action against the alleged TmZ twitter troll who continues to say my client Andre Holmes is a murderer. In America we are innocent until proven guilty, and TmZ is broadcasting that Mr. Holmes is a murderer, which he has not been convicted of at all. We are taking them to court for defamation, slander, libel, and also we will be researching further this accounts affiliation with the actual TmZ corp and if we find there is no affiliation we will be contacting TmZ and more than likely following through with legally from there, as Harvey Levin is a colleague and client of mine as well.
