You eat those in between sets? I'm going to try that tomorrow morning =) strawberries are my favorite. Thanks, CJ, brilliant idea.

Haha, yeah but I'm not too sure how long it'll last. Corey is working me very hard since taking over as the head trainer. It's definitely worth it though =)

Logan, you're a great wrestler and I respect everything you have done in the ring, but if I ever see you touch Kovu in any way other than nicely stroking him, I will make you regret it. Kovu is a lovely dog, why would you ever want to hurt him?
