Gordon Baxter: Hello ladies and gentlemen of the press, my name is Gordon Baxter and I represent Mr. DeMarcus Jordan as his legal and professional adviser. Mr. Jordan approached me about a legal matter which I had been looking into before he was put in the hospital. So the rumors that Mr. Jordan will be suing hashtag beach crew is false. I did advise him to press charges, however in his words, he would like to settle that matter personally.
No, Mr. Jordan contacted me due to harassment and civil injustices made against him by Katherine Phoenix. Looking even further into the case, he has also talked about throwing in charges against her for taking donations for a fraudulent charity organization made to help end bullying. These claims are being looked into as we speak.
I urge anyone who has been harassed or victimized by Ms. Phoenix or her fraudulent organization, please contact my office as soon as possible. We are looking to move forward on this suit very soon, and any and all information will help. Thank you.

Go ahead and check our books. Perfectly legit. On the other hand, you'll be hearing from my lawyer quite soon about the sort of defamatory statements being made against our perfectly legal and legit non-profit organization. Nothing makes you look as bad as slandering an organization trying to help at-risk youth from broken homes or poor neighborhoods, not to mention the victims of bullying you previously mentioned. The public may be interested in why Mister Jordan would tear down such a cause.

So, let's get this straight. A lawyer named, Gordon Baxter makes a statement in which he calls our anti bullying campaign "a fraudulent charity organization", without even a hint that this is in contention. He makes this claim AS FACT.
That, is clear defamation.
I would strongly surgest Mister Jordan seeks new council. His current one is about to lose his licence to practice.

Gordan: I'm having this press conference to address the claims of slander and defamation put out by Mr. Holmes and Mr. Rabid of hash tag beach crew. I never called their organization fraudulent. I merely said my client speculated that they were running a fraudulent organization. We will, however be looming into this claim as it is a serious offense. I will be sending an accountant I have on retainer to check the books as I have permission to do so by Mr. Holmes. Gentlemen, I do not claim your organization to be fraudulent, and after this that matter should be put to bed.
As for the case against Katherine Pheonix we will also be going forward and are soon ready to file suit. I have been contacted by a client who chooses to remain unnamed at this point who will be filing suit for assault and attempted murder against Ms. Phoenix. Of course at this point until we can build our case everything is merely speculation.
