*The scene opens in Las Vegas, the lights are shineing, and bright. The camera zooms into a hotel. The camera fades out and back in, to the inside of the hotel. A VIP sign is seen as the cameraman opens the door. The camera sees Davey Ortega and Outcast sitting ona couch. Ortega is holding a glass of brandy and Outcast is sitting with his head held down, hands grasped.*
Davey: Whats wrong, Peoples Champ?
Outcast: It's what I saw on TV, the Seth Lerch promo...
Davey: Why is that bothering you?
Outcast: He thinks he is hardcore...
Davey: So...??
Outcast: That son of a bitch doesn't know what Hardcore is. He thinks..because he is our ''Fearless Leader'' that he can take that name and disgrace it.
Davey: calm down, Champ.
Outcast: I'm not the champion yet...
Davey: Oh..but you will be. It's already in the works my friend. Everything is going according to plan. You will be the new Peoples Champion..I will make my triumphant return. We will dominate WCF.
Outcast: Will we now? In the name of NCW?
Davey: Ofcourse...
Outcast: You were never apart of NCW, Mr. Ortega.
Davey: So true. Though I appreciate its values, and teachings. I want to be, Mr. Taylor. I would of loved to have been led by a leader like Steve Carr. He is my hero, after all.
Outcast: I know, I saw his poster in your house.
Davey: Oh umm....
Outcast: Nevermind that. I do not want to talk about NCW, or my ultimate victory at Till Death Do US Part..

Outcast: This is an Open Challenge. I want to challenge anyone who thinks they are Hardcore to a Hardcore Match next Slam!! Thats right, an open challenege. I want the Hardcore Champion. Think about it..the Peoples Champion taking on the Hardcore Champion...
Davey: You are not the Peoples Champion yet.
Outcast: All in due time. Though I secretly hope Seth wins his title match. I would love to beat some sense into him.
Davey: so you want Seth to win...the Hardcore title?
Outcast: Yes.
Davey: I see....
Outcast: Shut up. The point is, I want to be in Hardcore matches from now on. I AM The Hardcore Icon. The NCW Icon. Hell..I am a former Hardcore Champion I deserve to be in that title picture. So think about it Seth..just think about it. The Peoples Champion..versus the Hardcore Champion. That is a money event. My domination will continue...
