According to MLive.com, Michigan Actors Studio are said to be suing WCF World Champion, Joey Flash, for brutally attacking one of their young actresses last night on WCF Slam.
Rachel Stevens, the young actress who dressed up like Katherine Phoenix on Sunday night, has filed a lawsuit in federal court and a press release has been issues stating the following;
"Joey Flash had no right to put his hands on Rachel, she is not a wrestler and she did not sign off on being attacked like that. The footage is currently being reviewed by a team of lawyers and they will fight tirelessly to bring justice down upon Joey Flash".
Stevens said that the incident left her with several injuries, including some which were said to have been "serious and permanent".
Stevens also claimed she is suffering from “physical and mental anguish, diminishment of his earning capacity, and continues to suffer a loss of enjoyment of life” due to Joey Flashes actions.
