Ah, it's night time as we notice that our favorite wrestler (Just go along with it), Reckless Jack, is walking down the streets of New York City, annoyed at the fact that a couple of people have been following him for a good while it seems. Reckless Jack has on a Trivium Hoodie with the hood up right now. His pants are a bit faded, but still good enough to wear around in public as his shoes are kinda dirty. Those Red and Black Nikes have seen better days for sure, but whatever. Anyways, seeing as how he faces Outcast on Sunday night, in a Cage Match to boot, he should be off training, or should he? Reckless Jack nods at a few people as he passes them on the sidewalk as those same two guys are still following him. Reckless Jack finally gets annoyed enough to stop dead in his tracks and turn around to face the two men. The men also stop dead in their tracks as they notice who it is. They turn the other way and run off. Reckless Jack can only chuckle to himself at the situation. Being the size he is, hardly imtimadating at all. Quite the opposite about Outcast though. Outcast is a large man but let's not forget that Reckless Jack was able to beat him a few month ago under his real name of Brad Wallace, which was a failure. However, Reckless Jack stops in front of a building and takes a seat on what has to be cold, concrete steps. He takes a deep breath and then exhales. A few more people pass him and nod towards his direction. I guess Reckless Jack is getting a bit more popular these days. Someone stops in front of him and turns towards him.
Person: Hey, you're Reckless Jack.
Reckless Jack nods.
Reckless Jack: Last time I checked anyways.
Person: So I hear you got a match on Sunday against Outcast in a Cage, pretty damn brutal man.
Reckless Jack shakes his head no.
Reckless Jack: Normally you would think so, but nope. I got this all under control.
The person stands there and scratches their head.
Person: How though?
Reckless Jack: Have you ever heard of being a better wrestler?
Person: Yes sir.
Reckless Jack: That reason enough for you?
The person nods and walks off. Reckless Jack shakes his head in amazement at some of the people that'll stop on the streets and actually talk to him. He reaches into his pocket and pulls out a bottle, a flask really. He opens the top and take a drink before closing it back up and putting the item back into his pocket.
Reckless Jack: Yep...
This is becoming a scene oddly familiar to the former Fox show "King of the Hill", only not so... stupid.
Reckless Jack: Seems like Outcast is a little pissed off at the world eh? I mean, you'd figure that a man of that size could beat someone every once in a while, but nope. Outcast just doesn't have that "it" factor in him. Never has, never will. Sure he can claim to be a former two time World Champion, but that only gets you so far though. Do you think Torture has been retaining that title on luck lately, nah, he has that "it" factor in him. That's why the people love him and that's why he was able to best me a few months ago at Aftermath... which seems so damn long ago. However, ever since that tag team match on Slam, people have been asking me why. "Why did you attack Outcast when you two had the match won?" "Why did you turn on him?" The answer to that question is pretty fucking simple all things considered. You see, it all started back when I first started in WCF, in 2004. Anyone who has seen the War IV, know why I hate Outcast. That was basically the start of the whole issue, in my mind anyways, with Outcast. I viewed him at the time, as a run down old man who sucked. Here we are two years later and he has yet to prove me wrong.
Reckless Jack chuckles to himself again.
Reckless Jack: You'd think it would be simple enough to just end his career but Outcast is quite the resilient bastard. The man has taken some big hit and come back asking for more, but this match on Sunday will be his undoing for good. Of course though, I have been asked numerous times as well about why I want a Cage match against Outcast. Once again, the answer to that question is quite simple. In this Cage match, leaving the fucker doesn't mean shit. It's just a prop, my stipulation Outcast. I can leave the ring if I want and not lose. I mean, if you don't like it, don't show up, but I know I can't get that lucky. This match plays into my favor even if that little stipulation wasn't added into it. Sure, its a huge structure with no where to run but why run against a guy like Outcast? What is he gonna do to me, slowly get to the ring with his walker and false teeth?
Reckless Jack shrugs his shoulders at the horrible joke he made.
Reckless Jack: I know when he saw me pin Logan at XIII, that burned a hole inside of him. I pinned the man that he never has. Does that make me better then Outcast? Yes. I have beaten everyone in WCF that has been lined up for... except Torture. But after who I have beaten this year in WCF, it's safe to say I have cemented my name in the WCF legacy for sure. I mean, I won the WCF title earlier in the year and we all know the tragic ending to that story... Outcast winning the title.
Reckless Jack shakes his body, as if there was dirt all over him.
Reckless Jack: Outcast, I basically don't like you and you don't like me. There is nothing more to it, but when you call me a bitch because you can't beat anyone in WCF, that hurts man. I'm not the one who lost to a rookie in Danny Vice. As I recall, I was able to beat Danny Vice when I faced him... whatever. I know I beat someone like that kid. You couldn't even beat a god damn rookie Outcast. Look at yourself. You are old, can't get it done anymore. I don't know who is worse, you or Logan. Of course though, you don't feel the need to carry a mock title around with you so you feel some worth in life. Not to go off on a little side bar here, but Logan, what the fuck dude? Anyways, Outcast, you say I am pouring gas onto the fire? What fire? Your's has all but been extingwished over the years because you don't have what it takes. You won't burn me either. Because the way I see this Outcast, you are just another road block in the way of what I still deem is mine. That's all you are. I mean, just think if I beat you at Sunday. That'll be two former World Champions defeated at my hands in the same month. When is the last time you can say you were able to beat someone like People's Champion?
Reckless Jack shakes his head.
Reckless Jack: Outcast, I really don't care anymore. You are just an annoyance int WCF. One that I plan on taking care of on Sunday. It's just pathetic to see you anymore.
Reckless Jack stands up and walks away...
