Doug Murdock released a statement regarding his service with the United States Marine Corps to the WCF Press Offices, stating...
"It is with personal regret that the United States Marine Corps has denied my request for a Hardship Discharge following the massacre of my family. This is further discouraging, considering that they failed to allow me knowledge of the situation involving my family, with their reasoning being that the situation was classified, even though the rest of the world knew.
I am to return to Active Duty immediately, which will begin with Infantry School at Camp Geiger, before going to whatever duty station the Marines see fit to send me to. I have nothing further to report, except how disappointed that I am with the situation that has developed in the WCF, and how the so-called "Good Guys" in the WCF have allowed #BeachKrew to take over as they have done. Everyone here has lost their balls, and sadly, I cannot stick around to help you all find them.
I will find a way to come back, and should this group of weaklings still exist, or any other shitbag group should arise in its place, they can expect to have a meeting with my fist whenever, wherever. I am a man of honor and of my word..."
