This week, WCF fans were left speechless when People's champion Kyle Kemp introduced young Jorge Juarez, a student of El Gimmasio del Sol, protege and student of WCF Trios champion Teo del Sol. Kemp offered the hopeful luchador a People's title match, only to brutally blindside and mercilessly beat the would be challenger. The violence against the young man left him unable to walk, and the last WCF fans saw, the poor young man was left barely concious as his mentor rushed to his side, all too late.
Doctor's have revealed to WCF.com that Juarez is currently recovering from a broken jaw, as well as multiple contusions and a severe concussion. His condition is stable, but it will be a long road to recovery.
Del Sol could not be reached for comment, but his manager and agent, Pete Peterson, offered the following statement:
"You guys need to let this one go, trust me. Teo puts on a good act for the crowd, I mean he's gotta, but you don't wanna see him when those cameras stop rolling. Beach Krew... They've gone too far this time. If you reporters got a brain in your head, stay away from Teo on this one."
WCF.com wishes young Jorge Juarez a speedy recovery.
