-----The following takes place on Tuesday April 3, between 6pm and 7pm-----

A phone sitting on top of an oak table in the Vice family living room rings. The sound echoes through the empty bottom floor of the home. The home that once was warmed by the company of Danny and Jimmy's sister, Janie, now looks empty, messy and bare without the proper touch of a female. The sound of footsteps can be heard rushing down the staircase and towards the ringing phone. Those footsteps belong to Danny Vice, who clutches the phone within his grasp and answers.
Danny Vice: Hello?
Jimmy Vice: Danny, it's me, Jimmy. You've got to get down to the San Diego Harbor. It's about Janie. Get here as fast as you can, we don't have much time, so hurry.
Danny Vice: I'll be right there. I'll call you from my cell when I'm on my way, you can give me more details.

Danny Vice comes to a screeching halt in the Vice Hummer on the north dock of the San Diego Harbor. He leaps from his car, dressed in his trademarked long black trenchcoat. The sun is setting in the background, illuminating his face and hair a deep purple as he strides towards his brother.
Danny Vice: Jimmy! What was so important you didn't feel comfortable talking about it over the phone.
Jimmy Vice: Shhhhh! Keep your voice down. It's Janie. I think...well...I think she is spying on us.
Danny Vice: Spying on us? Why? How? What makes you possibly think something like that?
Jimmy Vice: I was down with some of my friends at one of the local Point Loma beaches not far from here today. We were playing volleyball and stuff on the beach all day today when I noticed the same figure rollerblade by several times. I would have thought nothing of it except she had long black hair...
Danny Vice: Jimmy, Janie is a blonde. She always has been. Plus it's 2007, no one rollerblades anymore.
Jimmy Vice: Lemme finish. This girl kept watching us as we played every single time she passed. It looked like she was trying to be discreet about it, but I kept catching her and she'd quickly turn away. I would have never suspected it was Janie until she bumped into a jogger when she wasn't paying attention to the where she was headed. Her black hair sorta slipped backwards exposing the blonde head of hair underneath a wig!
Danny's jaw drops in shock. His own sister not only abandonded them and attacked them, now she was spying on them before his huge title match at Blast? It couldn't be possible.
Jimmy Vice: Danny, that isn't even the worst of it. I told some of my friends I was going to follow her and see what she was doing. I tracked her for a few minutes before losing her and called my friends to meet me for some pizza at Gabbiano's before we all headed back. When we were sitting inside eating, I spotted her again across the street, but we were miles from where we had been before. Being the junior sleuth that I am, I suspected either one of my friends was a spy along with her, or she had places some sort of tracking device on me.
Danny Vice: Jimmy, you're getting ridiculous. A tracking device? She doesn't even know how to work the microwave properly.
Jimmy Vice: Yes, but now that she has unlimited resources with Thunder, she could easily have something of that nature. Anyways, I rushed into the bathroom in such a hurry to check my clothes I accidentally bumped into some other guy and dropped my cell phone. When the back peice popped off of it, I found this.
Jimmy holds up a small device that was once attached to the inside of his cell phone. It clearly reads "Thunder Enterprises".
Danny Vice: Mother of God...

Danny Vice: Well why the hell would she want to track us and spy on us? It doesn't make sense.
Jimmy Vice: Well I got to thinking. What if Thunder has more people tracking us, as well as Skyler. You know how important your upcoming match is, especially to Thunder. The man once held three championships at the same time here in the WCF. He was the pinnacle of success not only in the business world, but also the wrestling world. A man as greedy and evil as him is surely not complacent with losing his titles and not gaining some sort of recognition or revenge back in the process. So what does he do? He sends the people he can trust the most to track us. Me, you, Skyler, Jade...watch us all closely and see what we're up to. I'm sure he sent people to follow us when you were at the gym training, back when we went to the philharmonics show, when we go shopping, hell...WHEN I'M PLAYING VOLLEYBALL AT THE BEACH! He could easily do this since expenses and money are not an issue.
Danny is surely shaken by the idea of Thunder being able to watch his every move closely, and that he was able to get someone close enough to bug Jimmy's cell phone.
Danny Vice: Well if Thunder was willing to send Janie to follow you, imagine how dangerous of a man or woman he could have sent to follow me!
Jimmy Vice: Exactly. Think about it. At Till Death Do Us Part you beat Thunder. At War, you eliminated him from the match. He doesn't believe that he can defeat you, so he sends people after us to get close and find out what he can do to win that Hardcore Title at Blast. I'm sure he did the same for Skyler. Skyler has defeated him before, held the hardcore title for months now, and just won the War match. Thunder probably feels like a huge underdog and needed to gain the upperhand heading into Sunday. I mean...what if someone had even gotten into our home?
Danny becomes furious with the idea of a private invastion by his bitter rival. His anger can be visibly seen upon his face and heard in his voice.
Danny Vice: Well, then let's head up to Thunder's mansion and give him a preview of what Sunday's going to be like when The Vagrant decides to get hardcore.
Jimmy Vice: I don't think that's going to be neccessary. I decided to turn the tables on Janie and follow her from Gabbiano's. She went into that building right over there. That's why I called you down here, I needed backup. Thunder could be in there!

Danny and Jimmy are standing with their backs against the door to the building. Jimmy gives Danny some kind of hand gesture that you would see out of a Call of Duty video game that Danny doesn't really understand. Jimmy opens the door and the brothers creep inside slowly. The brothers take several minutes searching throughout the entire building trying to find evidence of Thunder and Janie's plan.
With their first sweep they conclude that the building consists of nothing of real importance. There is nothing but cargo boxes and one large table sitting under two ceiling lights on the bottom floor, and the second floor is entirely empty.
Danny Vice: Jimmy, are you sure Janie went into this building. There's no one here.
Jimmy Vice: I'm positive Danny. I saw here come into here.
Danny Vice: Well why would she lead us into this place...unless...it's a trap! Let's get out of here.
The door slams and the lights cut out inside of the building. The sickening thud of two chairshots echoes throughout the mostly empty room, and two bodies drop to the floor. The lights come back on, showing Janie Vice standing over he fallen brothers, both of which are unconscious and bleeding from the head.
