*The scene opens in lavish Las Vegas, Nevada. The camera zooms into a hotel/casino. The camera fades out and then fades back in showing a door, with the letters ''VIP'' inscribed on it. Thr cameraman opens the door to to see Davey Ortega, with a glass of brandy in his hand, an elderly gentleman in a suit and tie, and Outcast, holding the Peoples Title firmly.*

Outcast: Shut up.

Davey: I t's a celebration. NCW strked hard and fast at Till Death Do Us Part. You stomped Avery to gain the WCF Peoples Championship. You once again have gold drapped around your waist. That is not cause for celebration?

Outcast: I honestly do not know. He pulled of that move perfectly, with out flaw. He screamed ''Pull The Plug.'' It unnerves me.
Davey: What if it was?
Outcast: Then I believe Team NCW is expanding. Hmm..one of my oldest enemies..Hellz Angel..helping me. A thought indeed.
Davey: It would be an honor to add a decorated vetran like Hellz Angel to our ranks.
Outcast: He does not need an invitaion. He, like me, IS from NCW. The fact that he could very well be around the next cornor is what scares me.

Outcast: Can I trust him? This is the man that has been at my throat for years. He and Logan are my greatest enemies...and now I am led to believe he is helping me?
Davey: Ahh I see. Well we do have a match this sunday. As Team NCW makes it's official debut.
Outcast: NCW made it's debut way before WCF.
Davey: So true. I do thank you for giving me an oppertunity to show my loyalties to NCW..being how i debuted as WCFs General Manager...then laster it's owner.
Outcast: I trust you Davey. Me and you have had each others back for awhile...I mean hell..we are the undefeated KWA Tag Team Champions.
Davey: So true, I am also an undefeated XCW Champion.

Outcast: Not anymore. On Slam I plan to make another debut.

Outcast: I do. It will be the debut of the NCW Peoples Title.

Outcast: Hence the debut.
