~The scene opens to a dark room, softly lit, Chino is seen passed out his feet on the bed and his body on the floor, empty cans of beer surround him, the clock says 4:40 pm, the day before the ppv. Chino's eyes begin to twitch as he slowly wakes up, he cracks his neck and yawns, instantly grabbing at his head~
Chino "God I am hungover, never drinking that much again!"
~He gets to his feet and walks to the fridge, half empty with only water and beer, some food in the freezer and the rest of the moldy ham that jackhammer never finished. He grabs a bottle of water and chugs it, he walks over to his chair and turns on the television. He shakes his head and begins to walk around, he shrugs his shoulders and walks toward the bathroom. About 15 minutes pass by and Chino exits the bathroom with new clothing and fresh after a nice shower, he walks out of his apartment and makes his way downstairs. He spots his car, and can't believe its still there.~
Chino "Did I drive last night?" "Man this is going to be hectic, can't quite remember what I did...."
~Chino gets in his car and begins to drive around the city, he tunes on the radio to ESPN 1050 and listens in~
Brian Kenny "This is Brian Kenny thanks for tuning into ESPN 1050 am, today we will have a special guest in about an hour, WCF superstar Chino will be making his appearance less that 24 hours away from his big match with Torture for the world title! Stay tuned, we are expecting the arrival of Chino in the next few minutes."
~Chino steps on the gas and makes a few sharp turns around the corners, he power slides into the parking spot and runs up the steps through the building. He busts through the door as Brian Kenny looks shocked! Chino now sweating asks for a bottle of water as he sits down and begins the interview~
Brian Kenny "Ladies and Gentlemen, a bit early but hey, we can't get mad at that. CHINO is in the building! Now, Chino, we've got a couple of callers who are standing by waiting to ask you some questions, and if they don't ask any that I have planned, then I will ask you some more afterward, you ready?"
Chino "Sure, I should be good, I hope" *laughs*
Caller 1 "Chino, we've seen you in many title matches, UWF, UW, BWA, AWL, NWA, the list goes on and on, we know you consider Mr. Golden your toughest opponent, is torture going to reach that level?"
Chino "Honestly, I can't say yet. We both talk a big game, He's proved week after week since he's won that title, he is the man. Even if it was cheap you have to give him credit. He defeated everyone in WCF I believe, if not, he should. I'm different though, I've got the advantage this time, I outweigh him and I am taller. We'll see if he can put up a good fight, that is what I expect"
Caller 2 "Chino, back in the day you would easily crush your opponents, same game plan for Torture?"
Chino "Well I know Torture is going to try to use his speed, possibly even a few submission moves, he doesn't want a strength contest with me because he will lose. I wouldn't be surprised to see him go to the air a couple of times either, basically anything he has to do to keep me grounded, he doesn't stand a chance if we turn this into a brawl"
Caller 3 "Chino, in your last match the tag match with CD and Torture, you and Jackhammer won, yet this week at the PPV you have no control over the tag titles, any faith in Hammer and Z?"
Chino "I'll tell you this, if they don't win, there will be some troubles in paradise for Devastation Inc."
Brian Kenny "Ok enough of the callers. I need to know this one answer and then we will go to a commercial break, Chino, in all honesty what do you think your chances of winning are?"
Chino "I truly believe I have a good chance of winning, nothing but myself will stop me. Not torture, not dake, nobody, it's all up to me, I'm the only one who can control myself, and even then it's a toss up"
Brian Kenny "Ladies and Gents, I'm Brian Kenny, we have Chino in the studio we're going to take a quick break and when we return, we're going to see exactly how much Chino can lift!"
~The scene ends with Chino smirking in the studio as he looks over at the weight set. The camera fades to black as Chino is shaking his head~
