Can general promos be done at any time Or is there a limit?

If you wanna pop one out for fun or two hype yourself, go ahead. The limits are placed sometimes for title matches and things of that nature, while others have a minimum number you have to do (ex. War is a 3 rp match). There typically isn't a limit though. The owner (Seth) will just count your best ones. (If you drop 3 rp's for a match that calls for 1, he will count your best one.)

Just to clarify, your wording makes it sound like you have to RP 3 times for War, you do not, you can RP any amount of time, the minimum is always 1
