*The scene opens in the newly reopened Las Vegas Casino. People are pouring in to gamble their welfare checks and rent money. Inside we see dozens of security personal checking ID. The camera man heads up the stairs to a door that says ''VIP'' he opens it and we see Davey Ortega, Jason Price, and Outcast sitting in the room. Davey is looking out the window to the people, Jason is on the computer, and Outcast is sitting on the couch with the People's Title around his waist.*
Davey: I can not believe all these people.
Outcast: Why?
Davey: Just after what Leo did, you know?
Outcast: Where is that wrinkly old bastard anyways?
*Davey shrugs his shoulders and Outcast sighs*
Jason: Wow...
Outcast: Price, I swear to God if you are on Shannon's porn site I'm going to throw you out of this building.
*Jason quickly turns around with a smile on his face*
Jason: She has one?!?!
*Outcast grabs one of the couch pillows and throws it at Price, hitting him in the face. Davey turns around and shakes his head*

Davey: I must admit, I too am curious. The NCW fans would love to know about the trials and tribulations of their People's Champion.
Outcast: It's already been done. Jack and Ace did it, now Striker is attempting to gain their glory by blatantly stealing their idea. It's repulsive. Striker needs to understand what originality is. Come this Sunday I am going to teach him the meaning of alot of things. Such as Hardcore, NCW, and Originality. Being in a Hardcore match with The NCW Icon means Originality. You can talk to any of the unlucky souls who fought me in a Hardcore match. They would rather give up their right nut then do it again.
Davey: Though surely Jack or Ace wouldn't mind if a man of your caliber would present his own ''Origins''.
Outcast: You want my Origins? Fine. NCW rookie, NCW Mid Carder, NCW Main Eventer, NCW Legend. WCF Main Eventer, WCF Legend. The NCW Icon. NCW Destroyers WCF, NCW God. The end.
Davey: Wow...
Jason: That was interesting.
Outcast: I prefer not to look at the past, but rather the future.
Jason: But those who don't look at the past are doomed to repeat it.
Outcast: That was close, but once again my brain dead friend you are wrong. It is those who don't learn the past, are doomed to repeat it. I know the past, I was there. Striker wasn't. He has this disturbing mindset that Blades and Vice are is two biggest enemies. He fails to even comprehend who I am. He underestimates me, which will prove his downfall. I may not respect any of these WCF idiots, but I always look at their past.
Davey: Why?
Outcast: To see if they will actually put up a fight.
Davey: He didn't do half bad last week.

Outcast: It was a Hardcore match, I can't help it if our NCW fan wanted a piece of the action.

Outcast: No buts my friend. Striker may have thought he impressed me by kicking out all those times..but what exactly have I kicked out from? I once took a beat down from the Team of Treachery AND Reckless Jack. I still wouldn't stay down. Striker will lose this Sunday, he will lose his precious title, his reputation, and possibly his will to continue.
*The door then opens as Uncle Leo walks in, Outcast smiles.*
Outcast: Well, well...if it isn't Michael Jackson.
Uncle Leo: Very funny Victor.
Davey: How are things, Uncle?
Uncle Leo: Fine, no under agers will get in here ever again.
Outcast: How does a fifteen year old girl GET in here in the first place?
Uncle Leo: She looked legal to me.
Outcast: I see...
Uncle Leo: Anyways, I see you have a title match this Sunday.
Outcast: Was their ever any doubt, pappy?
Uncle Leo: Some, if it wasn't for that mysterious fan...
Outcast: Hey, shit happens. It was a Hardcore match after all.
Uncle Leo: Will you be needing his assistance this time?
Outcast: Hardcore matches can be brutal and always full of surprises. Whether or not he shows up is no concern of mine. As long as Team NCW remains undefeated and I become a Double Champion I will have no complaints. Ahhh, just think about it. The NCW People's Champion...becomes the WCF Hardcore Champion. The NCW Icon renames the WCF Hardcore Championship to the NCW Hardcore Championship. Giving pride back to the title, and a future to look forward to. The future is looking bright and better than ever.
Uncle Leo: What about the War?
Outcast: Another first. Outcast wins his first War match, and challenges Logan...
Davey: ...Logan?
Outcast: Did I stutter?
Jason: Jack of Blades is the Champion...
Outcast: I have a feeling Logan will change that at the War. I hope he does. I wouldn't mind getting another crack at the WCF Icon.
Davey: So you, of all people...are rooting for Logan?
Outcast: The only reason I want him to win is so when I challenge him after The War it will be that much sweeter to regain the WCF Championship...and rename it the NCW World Heavyweight Championship.
Jason: Mr. Ortega, aren't you also in The War?
Davey: I am...
Outcast: Now, Davey. We aren't going to fall apart...are we?
Davey: Of course not, Victor. Just letting you know I will be fighting for NCW as well.
Outcast: So no matter who wins, me or you...NCW reigns supreme.
