After his actions on SLAM, Mod Deuce was arrested for two counts of aggravated assault. The Mexican Police were forced to bring a semi truck in order to properly transport him to jail. Due to his present incarceration, the WCF has been forced to suspend Mod pending his release from jail.
Bail has yet to be set...

In light of the disappearances of Logan and Katherine Phoenix, Mod Deuce has been moved from the holding facility he was at, to a more secure location in fear that Mod had something to do with the missing aircraft. During his tenure in jail, the Mexican authorities have reported that he has been a rather disruptive detainee, and are relieved that Mod Deuce "is not our problem, anymore".
In light of the issues surrounding this latest incident, bail has been denied to Mod Deuce.

Due to misinformation, the Mexican government realized its error in moving Mod Deuce to prison, and have released him two days after his move to prison.
Mod Deuce has responded by suing the Mexican government for wrongful imprisonment, citing the airplane incident as a poor reason to keep him imprisoned.
Mod Deuce has also said that he's "ready now" for Marc Mayheh, Torture, and whoever else wishes to interfere in the Hardcore Title match.
