We hav e word that Reginald Dampshaw III has made his first successful International Championship defense in the SFLL promotion against Muerte Rojo, but it was not without controversy. Sources tell us that after Dampshaw picked up the clean victory, Demis Polymeros was seen attacking Muerte Rojo's partner, Muerte Negro outside of the ring before throwing him into the ring. After both more were lying helpless on the ground, Dampshaw did the unthinkable and ripped off both men's masks, saying he would take them for prizes before spitting on both men. People who know their Mexican lucha history will know that a wrestler losing their mask is extremely shameful and usually is only lost during a sanctioned Lucha de Apuestas match, be it mask vs. mask, hair vs. mask or title vs. mask.
The crowd began throwing things at the thing and many of the front row began jumping over the barricades to get after Dampshaw and Polymeros. They both had to be escorted out of the building and we were informed that they are both on a flight to America for SLAM.
