OR: a short but sweet one...
Man: You still haven't answered my question, Frank.
Frank sat by the window in the Philadelphia hotel room. It was Thursday night, and in about 24 hours Frank would be stepping into a WCF ring for the first time in months. Also in the room was an apparition of someone who looked vageuly like Frank, only skinnier and with a mix of black and blonde hair. This man paces across the fairly tidy hotel room, waiting for Frank to say something.
Man: Well, aren't you gonna answer?
Frank: In a moment man, calm your tits. I'm takin' in the moment.
Man: What, lookin' down at cars on the street?
Frank: Yeah dude, it's relaxing. At least to me, it is.
The man looks at him oddly, before sitting down in a nearby chair.
Man: You're one weird dude, you know that, right?
Frank: Comin' from you that must mean something.
The man ignores that vague insult from Frank and sighs.
Man: So what's the schedule lookin' like tomorrow? Any media appearances or whatnot?
Frank: No sir. Just straight training all day till the match.
Man: I honestly don't see why you're giving such a shit about thiss match man. You're entering the Brad kane phase of your career where you only work when you fuckin' feel like it. Honestly who out there expects you to win, anyway? When was the last time you won?
Frank: I don't think that really matters.
Man: Still!
Frank: You wanna know why I'm giving such a shit? Consider this, has anyone else even spoken up about this match anywhere?
The man pauses for a moment.
Man: Not that I know of...
Frank: Exactly. Quite frankly I think the fact that these people seem to disregard this match is a fucking insult, to both me and to the WCF. That's why i'm training so hard, because I don't want other people's bullshit to be rewarded. So I'mma let them play their little game of hide-and-seek, while I reap the rewards. That answer your question?
Man: Yeah...I guess so....
The scene fades out with Frank still staring out the window, and the mysterious man with him beginning to check his phone.
