To Wrestling Championship Federation,
My name is Jonah Worth. I am a representative from the FCC. I have been assigned specifically to your organization to due the numerous and repeated violations to FCC regulations. It would appear that fines are not enough to quell the extreme nature of your " wholesome" family programming and that has led the FCC to appoint me as WCF's adviser of Standards and Practices. While there is a report of WCFs latest televised program being delayed until certain content is edited out for specific audience concerns, the Wrestling Championship Federation will not be shut down just yet. Please note that heavy fines have been instituted against the organization in attempts to discourage obscene and ultra violent content. With that said, I look forward to spending my time looking over your shoulder and waiting to bring you down and cast you out on American broadcast television.

I understand that I do not hold a popular position but I know that in time, we can all be friends and compliance will be upheld out of friendship and not fear. I trust that I will have WCFs full cooperation and support over the next several months.

Correction, interfering with an investigation by a U.S. agency is a federal offense and you WILL be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

As you should be aware, the First Amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America prohibits the Government from making any law abridging freedom of speech, or of the press. The Supremacy Clause of the same Constitution states that the Constitution is the Supreme Law of the Land, making any law, State or Federal, that violates this Amendment, null and void. Any such organization tasked with enforcing any of the so-called laws are actually in violation of the Laws of the United States of America and should cease and desist any actions they may be undertaking.
In an effort to show my support to the WCF's latest Slam episode, and more importantly in support of the Constitution of the United States of America, I am pledging both financial support, and the support of my legal staff in an effort to shut out the FCC and make an effort to restore a more limited government as envisioned by our Founding Fathers.

You see, it is called an 'Amendment' for a reason. So that it can be amended. Also, such things are up for interpration and in addition to that, content must be suitable for certain age groups at certain times currently WCFs flash show known as ' Slam!' has a 9 PM Eastern time slot on Sunday. That time slot has to abide by at maximum, a TV-14 rating. And even then, thats pushing it. This is not a freedom of speech issue, it is a responsibility issue. But you seem to think that the false ideal of 'freedom' is more important than the very real quality of responsibility. Mr. Bates I don't expect you to understand but I expect you to listen. I expect you to listen because WCF DOES NOT have the right to say or show or broad cast anything that it wants. If you want than, convince Seth to take a personal hit from his paycheck and go back to WebFlix. No Commercial lead-ins. No product or cross promotion. Nothing. Just a bunch of grown men pretending hitting each other and cutting themselves open for little or no money. If thats fine with you, I sugguest you go elsewhere. But IF you want to make money and WCF wants to make money then Seth will comply with the standards outlined by the FCC |

Mr. Worth, I commend you for what you're doing. You've undertaken a huge responsibility here.
As a show of respect, and in effort to support your endeavor, on the next episode of Slam my brother Bobby and I are going to be doing generally raucous things. We'll be shedding blood, doin coke, and stayin up passed our bedtimes. Also, we'll be slanging drugs on the side and puff puff pass, ya feel me? Because in WCF, that's our standard and practice bitch. You wanna come into our house, the motherfawkin Poondock Saint's house, and try to censor the baddest of the bad? Mr. Worth, you are just a common criminal, a street thug employed by the biggest criminal enterprise the world has ever seen, the current Federal Government.
Mr. Worth, you are correct in that an amendment may be changed, but make no mistake, it hasn't been changed. There is a process, outlined in the Constitution of the United States of America, that allows you to amend the Constitution. Passing a Federal Law, State Law, or Executive Order is not the way to amend the most Supreme Law of the Land. The unconstitutional regulations of which you stated, are in fact illegal and have no legal standing in this Country. Censorship, Mr. Worth, is illegal. When the WCF Legal team, backed by my uncle and I'm sure many others comes meets you and your organization in the Courtroom, we'll see just what they have to say, and we'll see just how much longer you have a job.
Now you have come in, demanding a cut of the WCF and Seth's business? You come in here, pushing the entire weight of your organization and demanding that we all get in line? You are an extortionist Mr. Worth. Nothing more, nothing less. I have a deep love of the Constitution, Mr. Worth, and an even deeper hatred of traitors.

Bates, just because you say things professionally doesn't make it reality. Reality is that we don't live in a laissez faire government. It is their responsibility to ensure the safety and well being of our great country.
I understand the difficulties people have with big brother watching over our shoulder, as the leader of my own nation just outside the Long Island Sound I hear complaints like this on a near daily basis. But I ensure them that the decisions I make are for the good of the nation. That is all Mr. Wetpants is trying to convey.
Its time for us all to startbplaying nice with the government because they're not going anywhere.
