The camera rushes to the entrance of the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, fighting through the usual crowd of the busy airport. Leading the way of the camera was a female reporter, her long black hair tied up in a bun. The two continue to rush through the crowd until a very large figure steps through the doors with what seems like four armloads in just his two massive arms. The reporter approaches the large man and shoves the microphone in his face, as much as she could being barely half his size.
Reporter: Rebecca Mills with WFAA News Channel 8. Are you the newly signed WCF Wrestler, Thomas Uriel Bates?
The big man nods, confirming the belief.
Thomas Bates: Yes ma’am, I am.
Rebecca Mills: Are there any truths to the rumour that you will be scheduled in the upcoming pay-per-view “Timebomb”?
Thomas chuckles for a moment, before raising his thumb to hail a taxi.
Thomas Bates: I couldn’t say, I’ve just only been signed. If the powers that be want to put me in the pay-per-view for my debut match, that’s their choice. Maybe they saw something special in my audition match. I can say that if I am fighting at Timebomb, I am confident that my training has prepared me the best it possibly can. The rest will be up to me.
A taxi pulls up, and Thomas begins putting his luggage in the trunk.
Thomas Bates: If my first match in WCF is a pay-per-view, I’m fine with that. If it’s a regular show, or even a house show, I’m fine with that too. I can honestly say that I have trained with the best, and that I feel ready for whatever challenge lies ahead.
Thomas gets in the back of the taxi, having to stretch his legs across the back. The taxi drives off as the reporter is left standing there. She turns to face the camera.
Rebecca Mills: Well there you have it. Newly signed to the WCF and ready to take on the world. This has been Rebecca Mills with WFAA News Channel 8, Dallas.
