"Scoops Callahan, Ace Reporter here! Breaking news out of Washington, D.C. where a peaceful protest by an organization known as the National Association For The Advancement Of Vertically Challenged People, or NAAVC, turned violent when a senator addressing the crowd mistakenly called their leader "a midget". Incensed by the offensive remark, the group's leader immediately demanded an apology. The senator offered one but the crowd apparently did not feel it was enough as trash was thrown at the podium. Security would rush the crowd, batons at the ready, and a brawl ensued. As of this report the fight between the crowd and security is still going on, however police that arrived shortly after have succeeded in dispersing the crowd while arresting the more violent of the group."

The protest turned brawl between the NAAVC and security yesterday has been reignited as the group once again tried to protest in front of the capitol building. Security was ready for them and turned them away, citing yesterday's incident as grounds for refusing them the right to protest. Arguing turned to violence as security forcefully pushed the group back from the capitol building's front steps, to which the group replied by attacking the legs of the security. Police were quick to arrive on the scene and tear gas was deployed, but the crowd refused to quit. As of this report, police are still trying to get peace."

As reports of the violence in Washington, D.C. continue to come in, we are now receiving reports of NAAVC groups protesting in major cities up and down the Eastern coast. From Boston and New York, to Philadelphia and all the way down to Miami, the violence has spread as NAAVC and similar organizations loosely affiliated are crying out about the lack of equal rights. Police are on hand trying to combat the violence but it's obvious there is a major situation going on right now."

It has been three days since a peaceful protest in Washington D.C. by the NAAVC turned ugly, bringing forth a domino effect that first spread throughout the East coast of the United States, then began it's move west. Protests are raging in every major city and capital in the US between police and crowds of "Vertically Challenged" or "VC", as they are demanding to be called, all of which are quite violent and ugly. Deaths are piling up all over the nation as the crowds have begun opening fire on police, to which police have returned fire on the crowds. There are reports in some of the more remote parts of the country that groups have begun to seize control, but nothing has yet been confirmed. The President has already authorized the military to move in and aid police in this truly horrifying event."

"Scoops Callahan, Ace Reporter here! I DON'T KNOW HOW IT HAPPENED! FOR THE LOVE OF GOD I DON'T KNOW HOW! What began as rumors has come to fruition. The NAAVC's leader announced on a loud broadcast last night that he and his followers would not lose in this fight against the oppressive "Normals" and that he and his followers had a secret weapon to win this "war". What was thought to be mere talk has come to fruition as the leader of the NAAVC took a news crew hostage and forced them to do a live broadcast as he used a strange looking book to bring forth the spirits of his fallen comrades from beyond the grave, along with the spirits of VC from the past. How is this even possible? What kind of black magic is this? I have no answers for you readers, but the spirits that have been summoned are helping turn the battle in favor of the VC as the military's weapons seem to have no effect on the spirits. What comes next? What shall the "Normal" people of Earth do as times appear to be at their bleakest?"

The scene opens with a shot of the outside of a massive mansion, tucked away behind unkempt hedges and trees. A small mailbox by the open iron gates reads "A. Luigi". The scene quickly cuts to inside of the mansion where we find numerous members of the WCF sprawled out in the living room, sound asleep as it seems, for the time being, everyone has made peace with one another to survive. The world has gone to absolute shit outside this mansion. The NAAVC, along with their army of spirits and demons, have captured the main cities and capitals of nearly every country. Armies continue to battle but have barely put a dent in the forces they face, mainly due to the spirits that seem unstoppable. Supplies are beginning to run low as looters and scavengers remain in hiding, fearful for their lives. With no end in sight, just how will this play out in the end?

So here's the deal you guys, everyone in WCF is in Reading, PA, hiding out in a mansion after they barely escaped the nearby WCF Arena where they were holding a house show two days earlier. At this time, everyone has agreed to put aside their differences and keep the peace while they figure out a plan. However, supplies are indeed running low so there's obviously going to be tension. For now, the surrounding area is safe but Philadelphia isn't too far away and it's completely overrun, as is the capital city of Harrisburg, so who knows how much longer it'll be safe outside. You all need to figure out how you're characters are handling this situation, what kind of plan they're thinking of and whether or not they are going to stick with the group, break off into a smaller group or just go about things alone.
Due to the violence going on, you can feel free to kill any VC that show up when I decide it's time to throw a wrench into any plans that are going. You cannot, however, kill each other. Remember the rules, guys and gals, this is all about having fun and not starting any drama. There is no mass transit (taxi's, trains, planes, etc.), there are cars but gas is limited and at any point it might up and disappear (
). Food is another scarcity, along with electricity, so be mindful of that.
I know there's some black magic type stuff going on here (That vote bringing about Ghosts/Demons along with midgets made me laugh, I knew I'd have to think up something nuts to please everyone that voted), however unless I throw in something special for you all to use, no sudden appearance of things like teleporters, Ghostbusters type weapons, etc. If the military is having a shit ton of trouble against spirits, you guys are going to have even more problems seeing as how you're just wrestlers. Don't worry though, I won't have an all out siege on the mansion....maybe.
But seriously, have fun with this. Parts of this may start off like the zombie RP from years ago, where everyone is feeling out the story and thinking of what they want to do, but I'll make sure it keeps your interest. Just keep with the rules and enjoy! Also, any and all questions should get PM'd to me so we don't have weird breaks in the story that are OOC.
