We open up in a backstage area in the WCF arena. Reckless Jack is easily found in a Reckless Jack hoodie, carpender jeans, ADIDAS shoes, a backwards Knicks hat and finally, what appears to be a title belt. Reckless Jack looks down at the title belt before looking back up at the camera. We pan out a bit and notice that someone is standing next to Reckless Jack, as if he is ready for an interview, but it's not Hank Brown, it's someone different. He has black hair, a tan-ish skin hue but not enough to be considered latino. He has on a dark suit jacket over a dress shirt with no tie. The rest is fairly easy to figure out, a sharp dressed man for sure. Much more so then Reckless Jack is. Regardless, Reckless Jack pats him on the back.
Reckless Jack: Now, I have requested this air time for a reason and that reason is to speak about JJ Biggs among a few other things. But instead of just using Hank Brown like everyone else does, I went out and found someone that just means something to JJ Biggs and myself. This man standing next to me was one of the interviews in a federation we were in. Ladies and gentlemen, this man is known as Dan Killner, the former interviewer for the National Wrestling Association (subtitled Reborn.)
Dan nods at the camera.
Dan Killner: Good evening to all of you, it truely is a pleasure to be on television again as I have not done anything since NWA closed early in 2006. So it really is an honor to be standing next to Reckless Jack, a former co holder of the NWA World Heavyweight Title along with the man he is facing on Friday night, JJ Biggs.
Reckless Jack looks over at Dan Killner before looking back at the camera.
Reckless Jack: That's right, for perhaps the last time ever, I will be facing JJ Biggs. A man I respect. A man I am friends with. A man who is going to be leaving the company that made him and myself into real stars. You know Dan, I had always thought that we would be in NWA forever, just facing each other there. That wasn't to be the case. They closed, leaving Biggs with nowhere to go. He asked me about a place to come into and work. I told him about Wrestling Championship Federation. He joined and well, we know what happened from there. One time WCF World Champion, two time WCF Tag Team Champion, two time WCF TV Champion, a ToT member and a fucking star in this promotion.
Dan motions to the belt that Reckless Jack is holding.
Dan Killner: Now, what is that belt that you have in your hand?
Reckless Jack smiles as he lifts up the belt. We can see it clearly say "NWA World Heavyweight Championship."
Reckless Jack: This is the belt we both wanted to have. This was the belt we fought for months over in early 2006, before JJ Biggs came to WCF. This is the reason why people know who we are. This is the reason why JJ Biggs is such a legend in this business, in my mind anyways. This belt here was the first time NWA had seen an Iron Man TLC match. This belt here was the reason why the Triple Chairshot Challenge was invented. This belt is what made us beat the living shit out of each other for months. You see WCF fans, JJ Biggs and I have quite the storied past and that is why I felt the need to tell him facing Outcast wasn't his last match by a long shot. No, it needed to be me. When I heard those words come out of his mouth, I knew then and there I needed to do something about what could have been a great injustice for a man's career. With all due respect to Outcast, he just wasn't the right person to face Biggs in what would have been Biggs last match.
He shakes his head no as Killner looks on.
Reckless Jack: You see, there was this NWA fed back in early 2005 where I first heard of JJ Biggs and a few other people I still talk to today. That place closes, setting the stage for the NWA Reborn later in the year. I mean, it was like Biggs, myself and numerous other people leaving this fed because of the bullshit that was going on. So a place called WIW was formed and that was the first time I faced JJ Biggs. We fought twice in a span of a couple of months, both getting a win over each other. Then WIW closes and I go awol due to my personal life. Then NWA Reborn is opened. JJ Biggs and I faced each other there so many times, it's just a blur. Moreso then anyone in WCF has faced him. Sorry to say but you guys just couldn't do this man justice if you tried. This is part of the reason why I came back to WCF in the first place. I had heard the rumors of Biggs leaving wrestling.
Reckless Jack stops for a moment before starting up again.
Reckless Jack: So, this is it Biggs. We go out there one last time against each other under those lights. There is no need to bring up what has happened in your personal life that I know of. Like when your dead grandmother was sent to you via Fed-Ex. Quite the disgusting time if you ask me. But JJ, we know each other, we respect each other and by god we are friends. We are going to end it in WCF just like how we started in NWA. The Submissions Count Anywhere match. You made me tap out the first time and you might be able to do it again. Who knows until we get out into that ring and see who is the better man one last time. We are both better then the last time we met. We both want this win. Both of us want to be able to say, I beat you and ended our rivalary. We both want that. Dan knows, WCF knows, even that guy up in Canada probably knows it. But JJ, when this match is over, the bell has rung, I am going to extend my hand to you one last time. Hell, I might even hug you because that is the level of respect I have for you Biggs.
Reckless Jack looks at the title again.
Reckless Jack: This title may not mean much to anyone anymore JJ. But it means something to us. It means something to us and that's all that matters in the long run...
He lowers the title down and lowers his head as Dan looks over at him. Dan looks back at the camera.
Dan Killner: Anything you wish to add?
Reckless Jack raises his head back up.
Reckless Jack: ...No. Nothing but the fact of that, well, I still have no idea who my real family is. As some people may or may not know, a few weeks back I got a phone call from someone saying I was a adopted and my whole life has been nothing but a lie. My childhood was bad enough but now to hear that wasn't even supposed to have been there just makes it all that much more bittersweet. Trust me when I say that I will be damned if I don't find out who my real parents are and whatever other challenges lay before. Wrestling wise or in life, I am here to stay. No more bullshit gimmicks about leaving. No more backstage crap. Just me, that ring and my love for wrestling.
Reckless Jack nods to Dan who leaves off screen.
Reckless Jack: One final thing before I say good evening to everyone. Safestyle Jack, I've seen you, I've watched you. Don't forget to constantly look over your shoulder. Don't forget that you are making a mockery out of everything I stood for at one time in my life. Safestyle, this is your one warning to leave WCF without harm because when I see you, it's go time. When I see you, you damn well better lock in those restholds nice and tight. Otherwise, you just might become a victim...
Reckless Jack looks at the camera one last time before leaving the screen as well, so we fade away.
