The scene opens up in front of a building. The camera then pans up to the sign that reads Lockdown which is a gym that TXO owns and operates. He opened it up a few months ago for troubled youth in the surrounding area. X walks in the door and does something he sworn he would never do. He puts in the window of the gym a closed sign and locks the door. X then walks to the locker room and changes his clothes. He is then shown walking out of the room taping up his hands. He walks over to the ring and jumps up on the apron. He steps through the ropes and walks to the far corner and sits down on the map draping his arms over the bottom rope and then he speaks.
X: I told you two before that I am not normal. I don’t care if there is twenty people locked in the cage with me all of them trying to destroy me and put me in a bed right next to TVO I have to do this. Why would I walk away? Why would I give you two the satisfaction of me giving up? It’s not in my blood and it is something I will go through ALONE!!! Boone and Knite might want to help me but have you seen me ask for any help? No! Because you know why that’s how I am built! If they want to help on their own that is fine but I will not ask for help. Of course this is a dumb move on my part. I mean I am being locked in the steel cage with the tag team champions. I have no where to run and have no where to hide just me and you two. The odds maybe in your favor I will give you that but to say that I will not be a factor in the match you don’t know. You can speculate all you want. You can say what is going to happen but do you really? No, no one does. No one actually knows what is going to be the outcome on Sunday.
X hears a phone ringing he jumps up and runs to the counter where Earl is watching TV. X looks confused but grabs the phone and answers it. He talks for a few mins on the phone then he closes it. He grabs his forehead rubs it a bit and then sets the phone down and walks to the bag. As he is putting the gloves on he begins to speak.
X: I have done some pretty dumb things in my life. But this doesn’t seem like one of them. Oh yeah with my losing streak I have learned something from it. I know I can go toe to toe with some of the best of the WCF has to offer. I have gone the distance with Death, Striker the world champ, and yes you Kane. But what I have to learn is to finish. I haven’t been able to hit the last move to put my opponents away. That will come in time. I just need to work a little harder and it will come. Also I didn’t EARN my shot at the world title? With in my first Month here I was already going after the tag titles. My first appearance here with TVO when I showed up out of no where to help him, I just inked my contract here and Seth sent me on a plane to the arena, I showed up and did a Swanton bomb onto Adam Knite they were talking about Team Xtreme as number one contenders for the tag belts. I have wrestled my ass off for this company for 6 months been in some damn good matches I have lost some and I have won some it happens. Just look at Tommy Dreamer from ECW. That man lost to Raven how many times? But he eventually won and the ECW championship. No one ever said he would win the Championship but he proved everyone wrong. He had the title for what 10 mins. But for 10 mins he was champion. That’s all he ever wanted was to be called a champion and in the books his name is written there. So for you to say I didn’t earn my shot well that is wrong. I have bleed for this company since I showed up. I have done what management has asked of me and then some. So for one night I will do something that everyone is against me on and fight you two for the tag championship.
X has the gloves on and begins to punch the bag. You can see that he is using a little more force then usual. Must be everything on his mind is overwhelming. He hears the phone ringing and doesn’t flinch. Earl then reaches on the counter and answers the phone. He says one moment and yells to X. He asks him who is on the phone, Earls says Knite. X says tell him I am busy. He hangs it up and Earl goes back to watch the television. X finishes punching the bag for his first set. Walks to the fridge by the office and grabs the water in there. He twists the top off and swishes it around for a few seconds then heads back out to a bench and sits down and begins to speak.
X: I guess it is just easy for you two to say that you are going to beat me and destroy me just like you did with TVO. All I want is for when people are searching in 15 years and they come across WCF and they are looking at some of the wrestlers and reading some things about the WCF and the scroll down and see my name that I get mentioned. I just want people to say that was one tough son of bitch. He gave his all night in and night out. What ever he had he gave it. What I am to a lot of fans is consistent. I feel I do my best in no matter what situation I am put in. I was injured going into my match with Striker yet I still almost won the match. I know in my head that if I was healthy just maybe the outcome was different. I am not giving excuses I am just throwing that out there. I will get another shot someday when the time is right I will fight who ever the champ maybe. Right now I have the tag titles on my horizon, fifteen foot high steel cage handicap match all of this will go down at Explosion. I’ll be in touch with you two later.
