It has been reported on WCF.com that earlier today, WCF Superstar, Matthew Robinson was admitted into the Duke Raleigh Hospital in Raleigh, North Carolina. Robinson, who was injured towards the end of last year by Oblivion in their match at One had reportedly collapsed inside Raleigh International Airport moments after getting off a plane there. WCF.com managed to get the following statement from the doctor who is currently treating Robinson...
"When Mr. Robinson was first admitted here, going through his files I had noticed he had suffered a severe head injury recently and was given doctor's orders to not do something like take a plane journey as well as things like trying not to get stressed. After speaking with a friend of Mr. Robinson's as well as the eye witness who made the call to the emergency services from the airport, I have concluded that when Mr. Robinson discovered who his wife was facing at the weekly televised wrestling company show that the couple work for, because she's against the same man who injured him, he got scared that she didn't have anyone there to protect her so Mr. Robinson took it upon himself to fly here to Raleigh so he could be at the show this weekend. The eye witness claimed to have seen Mr. Robinson clutch his head in pain before collapsing so after some testing I have concluded that he suffered from a headache followed by a black out that was brought on by taking that flight but mainly due to stress. Mr. Robinson hit his head when he fell and has further injured himself, however he is in a stable condition and we shall continue to monitor him."
With the return of Robinson already unknown, this recent incident seems to have prolonged his comeback even further. Make sure to keep checking WCF.com for further updates.
