Act 1: Shadows among us
Deep into that darkness peering, long I stood there, wondering, fearing, doubting, dreaming dreams no mortal ever dared to dream before.
Edgar Allan Poe

The scene opens on a darkened room. The only light that can be seen is a stream of light that came in from a window. The light was green in color casting an eerie glow onto the floor and onto a figure that sat tied to a chair. As the camera moves in we soon see that it is Denise tied to a chair with her long hair draped over her face. Her mind was clouded with memories of what happened a few weeks prior and when the lights went down she and Night Rider both were kidnapped from the arena and brought to the depths of the Shadows of Darkness stronghold. Her mind flashes back to just a few days ago when both Night Rider and her sat together in the darkness.
Two Days Ago
The scene soon changes to where we see Denise and Night Rider sitting with each others back to the other. Denise stares up at the window and tries to look back over her shoulder. She knew that Night Rider was with her, but what they didn't know is where they were. All that they could see was darkness around them and they had heard the voices of their captors more than once but they were never seen. Just hiding at the edge of the light, never letting their faces be seen. Chains rattled as Denise moved, and she felt the weight of them and sighs knowing that they realized she was different from anyone else, and wanted to keep her as long as they could. Night Rider was tied with normal rope, and wasn't seen as much of a threat by the Shadows of Darkness. Denise tries to pull at the chains but once again nothing would give.

Night Rider: Denise, are you all right?
Denise: I'm fine... I wonder where we are.
Night Rider: I don't know, but they want to make sure that no one finds us.
Denise: I know.
Night Rider: We have to get out of here.
Denise: You'll have to go by yourself. They have me chained. Go and get help and come back and get me.
Night Rider: I can't do that! I'm not going to leave you here.
Denise sighs, as the sound of a small knife escapes from her sleeve. She manages to cut through the ropes, and they fall to the floor. Night Rider gets up from the chair, and moves around to her. He kisses her and tries to find his way out of the darkness and into the night.

Denise's thoughts come back to the now and she sighs. It had been two days since he had left and yet no one had come to get her. The sound of a door was soon heard opening somewhere in the darkness of the room, and she knew then that she was in the presence of her captors.
Shadow 1: And how are you doing this afternoon Miss D'Evil?
Denise: Go to hell! What do you want with me?
Shadow 2: Still fighting I see. Don't worry you'll be leaving these accommodations soon enough.
Denise: You're letting me go? I hardly doubt that!
Shadow 1: You're right about that. We're going to move you to somewhere a little more comfortable.
Denise: You know they're looking for me right now right?
The two figures laugh, as one extends a hand and shows her a piece of paper with her and Night Rider booked in a match against Biowalker, and the Diaz Brothers. Denise lets out a sigh, as the paper falls to the ground at her feet.
Shadow 2: They have you booked in a match this week... They're expecting you to show up then.
Shadow 1: But you're not going to make it I'm afraid.
Denise: We'll see about that!
The shadows eyes seemed to glow in the dark, as one of them draws heavy drapes over the window plunging the room into darkness once again. The scene soon opens on the interior of what appears to be a van. The back of it was dark, and no one else could be seen. The engine roared as they moved along the road, but there were no windows and once again it was dark outside. The long stretch of road was pitch black except for one lone street light every now and again.
Denise: *Voice Over* I can't believe the only one that even noticed I was gone is Night Rider. They probably think that I'm going to make it to the match, but it doesn't look like I am this time unless I can get away from them. Biohazard you and I have met more than once and I don't plan on letting you walk away with another win. But I'm not going to let that happen. No matter what I have to do to stop you you will fall at my feet, and realize I'm just that much better then you are. As for you Walker you and I have met more than once as well. But then again do you remember the last time that we faced each other? It didn't turn out the way you wanted did it? No matter what you and Bio bring to that ring, I know that Night Rider and I will do just that much better and make sure that you stay down on that mat, giving us another win.
The van soon comes to a stop and the back doors are opened. Two figures start to pull her out, and she tries to attack them but she was still chained. They drag her into the building and sit her in a small darkened room once again. The masks hid their faces, and she would never know who had her. All they called themselves were the Shadows of Darkness, and nothing more.
Denise: *Voice Over* To the Diaz Brothers all I have to say is that both of you are worthless and shouldn't even be part of this company. What have you done since you've come here? I mean you two are hopeless and will never amount to anything that is worth while. You are a joke and nothing more. You will never be able to step up to people such as us, and reach the top. I've seen people like you before and they always left the company a little while later knowing that they were never cut out for what they had planned to be. So the advise I give you right now is get out while you can and run as far and fast as you can before you do something you will regret. As for my sweet Night Rider, I know that you're out there and trying to find me once again. I don't know where I am but I know that you will find me no matter what you have to do.
The Shadows move around the room, and stand before her as their eyes begin to glow. Laughter fills the room as Denise hangs her head hoping that someone would find her in the darkness. She looks up at the window as the last bit of light is closed off as the scene fades to black.
