"Nothing good bursts forth all at once. The lightning may dart out of a black cloud; but the day sends his bright heralds before him, to prepare the world for his coming."
The scene opens up in Knoxville, Tennessee. The camera is focused on the Sunsphere which is the most recognized feature of the Knoxville cityscape. It is an 266 ft high hexagonal steel truss structure, topped with a 75 ft gold-colored glass sphere that served as the symbol of the 1982 World's Fair. After the camera provides a closer few at the astonishing structure it turns to a long-haired beared man who is wearing a leather jacket, a t-shirt that says Jayden Thunder, jeans, and nikes who is walking towards the elevators. Once at the elevators I push the button calling the elevator down, the doors open and I step on. I look at the buttons and push floor 4, the Observation Deck. As the doors close and the elevator rises I look around the elevator and notice a sign which reads "Don't jump, the elevator will stop, and you may be fined", after I read I can't help but let out a chuckle. Finally the doors open and I step out onto the Observation Deck and walk through a small track that runs around the interior of the globe and houses information about the Sunsphere's history. After doing a complete 360 I come to a stop resting my arms on the safety rail and gaze at the view of the city.
"Man I never get tired of this. This is home. Alot of memories." I think to myself. A few seconds go by as I reminisce before I finally acknowledge the camera and begin speaking.
Jayden: Thanks for joining me here. Just wanted to take the time to introduce myself. My name is Jayden Thunder and I have recently signed a contract with Wrestling Championship Federation. My debut is slated for 12/22/13
at the extravaganza pay per view One live from the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California. I'm to compete in a Battle Royal where the final two participants will face the Thickness later in the night for the Tag Team Championships.
That's a hell of a way to debut with an interesting twist. Not very often one gets to debut and have a shot to compete for gold in the same night. And don't get me wrong I'm not saying it's going to be very easy to get there but trust me when I say I'm going to make the most of this opportunity. I've been wrestling for a long time, I'm just like everyone else in WCF, I love wrestling. I love stepping into that squared circle and entertaining the fans who pay their hard money to share their love for wrestling as well.
That feeling you get as your music hits and stepping through the curtain from the back onto the stage and feeling the energy from the crowd is a feeling like none other. Not many people get the chance to follow their dreams. I've been fortunate to where I have been able too. And I've been lucky to have a bit of success that I have, I'm a former Undisputed, World Heavyweight, Intercontinental, United States, Tag Team Champion. Granted that doesn't mean much here in WCF being that it's a new place and I'm going to be starting from the bottom and working myself up. That's fine and it's the way it should be. I don't mind proving myself again, been doing it all my life.
Come One I'm going to lace up my boots and when Thunderstruck by AC/DC hits the P.A. System. I'm going to come out ready for whatever happens. When I step in the ring against the seven other guys all fighting for the same thing as me. I'll be ready. It's not a question of can or can't. Some things in life, you just do.
The screen fades to black as Jayden returns his gaze over the Knoxville skyline.
