The scene opens with Donald standing alone in his locker room. A look of intense focus is upon his face as he laces up his boots.
Donald Deruty: This week I am going to be put into that four sided cirlcle blindfolded. Nothing will be revealed to me until my feet take step inside that four sided circle as I await for my opponent. Sarah has claimed that this week will be a random show, but no matter how random or who my opponent is I will be ready. My wrists will be taped, my boots will be laced and I will be ready for any man or woman to walk down that ramp to my attention. I realize that I have been on a slump lately, but I have put in the hours and the days of hard work to get where I was and no one can take that away. Through out my career I have had dry spells before, but I always end up on top again. It is about time for me to get back into the swing of things.
Tonight I will walk down that ramp and enter that ring with my head on my shoulders knowing that anyone can follow behind me through that curtain. The crowd will be roaring awaiting in anxiety like myself to see who will walk down that ramp towards that ring to face me. Although no matter wh...
