Jul-Aug 2013: Co-founded The Thickness with "The Maverick Elite" Odin Balfore with the goal of overthrowing EPPW owner/CIO/(other random bullshit titles) Eric Price and bringing back the wild, untamed spirit of old school WCF to professional wrestling. Also pursuing the WCF Tag Team Titles with Odin.

September 2013: On the 9/22 Slam, Cairo returned to the ring for his first singles match in nearly two years. Bobby pinned Doc Henry in a violent, back-and-forth contest that saw both men suffer knee injuries as the action spilled outside of the ring.
One week later Cairo competed at WAR XII. He tallied one elimination during the match, pinning Steve Orbit after hitting "The Mack" with Irresistible Bliss, his version of the PerfectPlex. Moments later Cairo was pinned by eventual WAR XII winner Jonny Fly, thus ending Bobby's bid for his first WAR victory. Cairo finished third in the match, being outlasted by only Fly and Eric Price.
Cairo is currently running unopposed in New York City's mayoral election after his opponent Adolfo Carrion Jr. was mysteriously beaten to death in Battery Park. If victorious in November's general election, Cairo will be the first man to simultaneously hold office as both Governor of Poon Guinea and Mayor of New York City.
