EPPW Wrestler Nathan von Liebert was recently spotted in San Diego on Monday, appearing at a hearing in court. The wrestler was there to hear the charges against him, coming from two men: a pastor from Topeka, Kansas and a middle-aged man who called himself "Mario." Nathan is currently facing two charges of assault, both of which he pleaded non-guilty to. It is important to note that Nathan was spotted without a lawyer, meaning he had yet to hire an attorney, or he was going to defend himself. The date for the official court has yet to be determined. Nathan was interviewed upon exiting the court house.
