The People's Champion will be decided by who has the most votes at that point in judging. That is to say, the person with the highest votes may not end up as the People's Champion if they roleplayed better than that belt.

In the event of a tie in votes, I will decide who gets the belt via one roleplay, the best RP from each person posted.

Unpredictable? Hell yes!
