It has been reported earlier today that after receiving the green light from EPPW Owner Eric Price, that Dr. Rutherford Von Newman PhD. will begin mandatory behavior health exams on various EPPW roster members as well as out-of-ring staff. The newly announced Executive Vice President of Behavioral Health/Official Staff Psychologist will begin these sessions on the July 7th edition of Slam. Dr. RVN was unable to be reached for comment on this information and we do not know which roster member(s) will be first in line for an evaluation. However we did receive word from Dr. RVN's secretary that current EPPW management is exempt from such evaluations at this time. There were a few additional names mentioned for the exemptions. They are listed below.
Exemptions:
Eric Price Sarah Twilight Bobby Cairo Seth Lerch Gravedigger Davey Ortega Steeltoe Joe Shannan Lerch Oblivion Nathan von Liebert
We will update you as we get more information on this story.

When asked about the Mandatory Health exams, Jeff Purse had this to say.
"Fuck them. I am not taking one. They can fuck off."

Doc was overheard to have said this....
"A manditory set of exams isn't manditory when there are exemptions... I'll take mine AFTER those listed..."

WCF.com has spoken to the Polar Phantasm, leader of Cryogenix, regarding the mandatory mental health examinations... when prompted, the Phantasm simply laughed and said the following.
"No big deal- I've got a copy of the DSM-IV at home. I'll show up, we'll crack that bitch open... and maybe we'll get to know each other, right Dr. Von Nuremberg? You show me yours, I'll show you mine. Psychoses, that is."
When informed that EPPW's psychoanalyst is not in fact named 'Dr. Von Nuremberg', the Phantasm shrugged and said "This is what I mean. We just haven't properly met yet, that's all." When asked about a possible mental health exam for Nightmare, pregnant wife of the Phantasm, he responded "She's out for the forseeable future, so I don't see it being an issue... but it'd be an easy task for the Good Doctor for sure. After all, I already marked all of her pages in the book."

Upon hearing news of the plans being made by EPPW Owner Eric Price and the newly appointed Executive Vice President of Behavioral Health/Official Staff Psychologist, Dr. Rutherford Von Newman PhD. to begin mandatory mental health exams, WCF.com has learned that Jay Price, who is rumored to be returning despite reports that he quit following the formation of EPPW, has issued a warning to management on the subject:
"If upon my return I am subjected to these obviously biased mandatory mental health exams, Eric Price, Dr. Rutherford Von Newman PhD. and Eric Price Pro Wrestling can expect to hear from my lawyers. Per the Office Of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP), if an employer requires the medical examination of it's employees, all new employees in the same type of job must answer the same questions or take the same exam, not just employees with a disability. As EPPW is no longer the WCF, thus a new place of employment, any form of medical or mental health testing must be issued to the entire roster, no exclusions. If I am forced to take a mental health evaluation while Eric Price, EPPW Management and those given a pass by Eric Price are not, I will claim discrimination on the basis that I am being targeted due to my past. While it is no secret that at the end of the year 2012 I was forcibly committed to a mental health facility, it was also proven that my actions were not of my own choice. However the stigma of still having been forced into an asylum has yet to pass, as evidenced by the continuous harassment that I've experienced from coworkers. Furthermore, if Eric Price attempts to refuse my employment or mistreat me in any fashion for this decision after hiring, my lawyers have advised me that I will have the right to sue on the grounds of discrimination."

Ana Valentine also added her oppinion to the mix with the following
"Why is everyone so surprised by this.. it's old hat for Eric by now... he's an asshole and for him this shit is a game. Fuck it, I passed his little tests once and i'll pass them again!"

After hearing what Jay Price had to say, Eric Price decided to make an official statement:
"Jay Price thinks he can play the legal game ... he should talk to his friend Jonny about law a little because he clearly does not understand how it works. This mental health evaluation policy did not start until EPPW was in operation therefore, we only have current employees, not new ones. Yes, a rollover happened from WCF to EPPW but the policy was not in effect at that time and we have just now effected it. With that said, it is true that all employees with the same job titles must have the same test with the same questions. The exempted list of people however do not have the same job title of "Wrestler", we have our Executive Management, Company Officers, Color Commentators, people of great respect and admiration that are not required to go through the same examination.
Furthermore, Dr. RVN upon a quick inspection of us deemed it not necessary to evaluate us as we clearly are of good mental health and exemplify great ethics, integrity, and morals. However, all other EPPW Employees, particularly my wrestlers will be required to undergo this evaluation. We do it not only in the interest of fairness, but in the interest of your mental health and because we as a company care about you our employees."

@gravedigger
@dochenry that's fine though. I'm sure that with the pending court case that Eric will just make sure you're not on the shows until the issue is resolved. The operating capital that it will cost EPPW for your drawn out case will be balanced out by the higher ratings and increased revenue from having your jobber ass off the screen.

@gravedigger
@southernrogue No, not really. Especially when you've had as great a career here in WCF as I have. When do you plan to start yours?
