**BREAKING NEWS** Ana Valentine held for 24hrs

/ Buzzsaw Bundy stood to give witness testimony at the request of the court. Accompanied by his advisories and the secondary character witness Mr. Eric Price. During his testimony, Mr. Bundy attempted to raise the subject of Miss. Valentine's parentage at which point, the following reported incident occurred. \

Miss. Valentine stood and screamed across the court at Mr. Bundy at which point she was reprimanded and requested to take a seat. When Miss. Valentine's representation attempted to calm/control her, Miss. Valentine lashed out, striking her own representation before moving as though to cross the court and confront Mr. Bundy.

Aided by concerned parties (namely Mr. Eric Price) Ana Valentine was restrained by the bailiff and removed from the court with immediate effect.

/Miss. Valentine's actions forced the judge to sign consent for her to be detained for a period of 24hrs \

Presiding Judge:

I see no option but to request that Miss. Ana Valentine be detained in a psychiatric facility for a period of 24hrs during which time she will be observed by Dr. James Preston. During which time he will carry out a fully psychiatric evaluation to determine the course of action to be taken.

Miss. Valentine has again refused to sign a voluntary detention form and as such, she has been cited under the mental health act and will be held as an involuntary patient.


/At the news of this ruling, Mr. Price shook his head sadly and approached the bar, where he and the judge shared words unreported by the court.\


In light of this news, wcf.com can confirm that as this time, Ana Valentine has been marked as unfit to compete. WCF await the outcome of the evaluation before taking any action in regard to her current employment within the company.

By way of Valentine Ind. and Athos Corp. :: Miss Valentine has since obtained new representation who has called for a mistrial. Mr. Valentine himself had this to say:

"My daughter is many things, but psychotic or sociopathic? She is not! This case was handled atrociously and the court itself was a shambles, I have never seen such shameful behavior and it is my hope that my daughter will be released before the week is out."

WCF.com caught up with "The Mack" Steve Orbit outside the courthouse. He said the following:

I came here today to support my fellow Genesis member, and more importantly my personal friend, Ana Valentine. This was some bullshit all the way around. The court gave her the dickshow-- she don't deserve this at all. She's one of the brightest and most talented people on the roster, and this whole thing is a scam. It's a fuckin' setup. But I'm confident that she'll be cleared and released after the 24 hours-- ain't nothin' wrong with Ana mentally, nothin' at all.

He added:

You get a comment from Sarah Twilight? Oh wait-- that's right, she ain't here. Big surprise. This is suppose to be her homie and once again she ain't around when it counts. I just hope this is a wake-up call for Ana, she needs to realize who's really got her back and who's tryin' to play games with her.

When asked about Ana's potential match with Waylon:

Ana Valentine sits on a simple metal chair, the white clinical room is completely empty except for the chair on which she sits, a smallish metal table and a matching chair on it's other side. Ana Valentine's hands, which are ziptied at the wrists rest on the table. Her eyes look a little tired as she looks around the room.
The heavy metal door opens and a young man in his very early twenties, dressed in a white orderlies uniform walks in. He pauses as she looks at Ana who flashes him a dazzling smile, batting her eyes lashes before making a show of squirming uncomfortably.

Ana Valentine: "Hey...These are really... REALLY tight...Could you take them off?"

She dips her head in a nod at the zipties holding her wrists together. She makes another big show of being uncomfortable, pouting her lips as she wiggles her shoulders a little.

Orderly: "Um..I don't know... Dr. Preston just asked me to come and keep an eye on you..."

Ana sniffs a little as though holding back tears and peers up at the orderly through her thick black lashes, her soft pink lips are still pulled into a pout as she sighs slightly and moves her wrists about.

Ana Valentine: "Please... I promise I'll be a very... very good girl...."

The orderly straightens slightly and looks down at Ana, his eyes are a little glazed over as he appears to start hanging on her every word. Ana shakes her hair out, golden curls floating across her shoulders as she leans back in her chair, smiling slightly as she cocks a brow.

Ana Valentine: "And besides...If i'm naughty...Wont I get punished?"

Ana emphasizes the last word emphatically, pulling her lips into an almost kiss. The orderly nods his head slowly and reaches into his back pocket, pulling out a pen knife he slides the blade under the zipties. Ana gasps slightly, with pleasure at the release of her wrists, she rubs them gently and flashes another dazzling smile.

Ana Valentine: "Thanks... I owe you one..."

As she keeps the orderlies eye contact, the heavy door opens once again and Dr. James Preston walks in, two files in his hand. He drops the files onto the metal table and sighs, shaking his head as he spots Ana's wrists untied. He dismisses the orderly silently and sits down opposite Ana watching her.

Ana pulls a face at the shrink slightly, rolling her eyes as she leans forward, placing her hands flat down on the surface of the table.

Ana Valentine: "This is bullshit and you know it..."

Dr. Preston almost scoffs at Ana's blatant egotistical remark. He shakes his head slowly and spreads his hands out before him in a questioning way.

Dr. James Preston: "Then this should be quick and painless for you Miss. Valentine...."

He indicates to the files on the table and his face turns serious.

Dr James Preston: "Where did you get these? They were found within your possession when we checked you in just now.... One of these files is sealed Ana... It's illegal for you to even know of it's existence... Where did you get it?"

Ana laughs and shakes her head, before sighing slightly she rolls her eyes.

Ana Valentine: "I wanted to understand Sarah a little more... She's so... untouchable... I just wanted that one little extra piece..."

Preston makes a note of something and looks back at Ana, her face seems to change as though she realizes something has slipped and she looks as though she's about to backtrack.

Dr. James Preston: "We'll get back to your unhealthy obsession with Miss Twilight in just a moment.... the other file Ana... where did you get it?"

Ana starts to laugh, she leans right forward across the table, staring the doctor in the eye.

Ana Valentine: "I know who he is you know... If that's the game, if that's why you and Eric and Bundy have all worked so hard to get me in here... You're fucked... I KNOW!"

The doc sighs and shakes his head slowly, waving a hand to the door, a nurse walks in and makes a move as though to secure Ana's hands again. Ana jumps out of her chair and grabs the nurse by the throat, pinning her against the wall as an instinct.

Preston laughs a little, as though this is an expected response. He pulls a syringe from his pocket, quickly injecting the fluid into Ana's neck as she spins on her heels, staring at him in shock.

Dr James Preston: "Just something to help you get some rest... we'll talk more in the morning..."

Ana quickly drops to the floor, just missing the collision as Preston catches her.
