WCF.com has received information regarding Ana Valentine this evening.

Leaked Court papers requesting her presence on 23/05/2013 crossed our desks last night and have today been confirmed as real.

The papers state that Miss Valentine has been requested to appear to decide whether or not a court mandated Psychiatric Evaluation is to take place. - The papers incite that there has been three requests that Miss Valentine surrender herself for a vouluntary evaluation and these requests have been met with firm and in one instance aggressive declines.

Rumors have been sparked that Buzzsaw Bundy has given a statement to be read in court to aide in the decision.

The source/reason for the evaluation being requested is not given in the papers and we are unable to confirm any more information at this time.

"The rumors are indeed true. Ana Valentine is a complete psychopath and it's about time this was recognised. Her manipulation skills are to such an extent where I myself was completely unaware as to the gravity of her condition until it was too late. I hope my testimony in the case ensures that Ana is forced to take this psych eval if only to save others from the horrors I had to witness during my time with her"

Ana Valentine has declined to comment, stating only the following:

"You seemed quick enough to take other peoples words as truth, so get your information from them. My private life is just that."

"Ana Valentine has been a victim of misrepresentation. This case has been put before a judge based on personal issues that should be kept private. Certain individuals, namely, Buzzsaw Bundy, are using these occasions to capatalize on their own thirst for vengence. We have no concerns that Ana Valentine will be leaving court as active roster member as she is now."

Ana Valentine is still unavailable for comment.

WCF.com has received partial results from the court ordered psych evaluation.

''My time with Ana Valentine was brief, yet informative. My preliminary findings are the she is incredibly manipulative, and extremely intelligent. I believe she was able to spot the control questions in the routine form. Her manipulation comes in the form of her sexual prowess. She initially showed no shame in her sexual activities, even allowing some pride too slip through in certain stories.

She also shows symptoms bordering on the sociopathic. Her gleeful account of how she used him and strung him along struck a familiar chord. When asked on any other relationships she happily mentioned Sarah Twilight, yet increasingly became defensive when we dwelled on the subject.

It is in my opinion that she would benefit well from additional therapy. Lock up is not necessary, yet should not be put off the table yet.

I, Steven Damien Orbit, do swear that the following statement is true to the best of my knowledge:

I am a co-worker and personal friend of Ana Valentine. I have worked with her over a period of two months, in which time I have never witnessed any erratic behavior which would lead me to believe that she is emotionally unstable. She has always appeared clear-minded and coherent in all of my interactions with her. I believe it would be a disservice to Miss Valentine, both personally and professionally, for her to be recommended or otherwise forced into any type of psychiatric institution for any period of time.

Secretary's Note:

It should be noted that Mr. Orbit argued for Miss Valentine to be evaluated by his personal psychiatrist, Maria Velasques, PhD. The court has denied this motion due to a conflict of interest, citing the fact that Mr. Orbit has a clear personal interest in Miss Valentine remaining employed full-time by the Wrestling Championship Federation due to their alliance via their "wrestling stable", "Genesis".

I, Eric Price, do swear that the following is true to the best of my knowledge so help me God:

I am a co-worker of Ana Valentine in the Wrestling Championship Federation. I have been employed by said organization for well over 18 months and in the time I've been there, I have never seen someone as erratic, as unstable as Ana Valentine. In the few months I've seen her, I've found that she seems to have this obsession, this need for intercourse ... I am no expert but I would classify her as a nymphomaniac to say the least. Her mood and demeanor swings to extremes on a dime for seemingly minor issues and from the time I've observed her, I can honestly say that she seems to have developed a crush ... no, that would be understating it, it's more of an unhealthy obsession with Sarah Twilight seeming to constantly worship her every whim and move.

She also seems to have some sociopathic qualities in that she likes to use people for her own ends and she shows constant delusions and suffers from a nagging habit of pathological lying as she can never seem to form a coherent story and always likes to say whatever is necessary to suit her own world view, whatever that may be. I have often suggested that she seek some psychiatric help only to be rebuked by her and her colleagues in Genesis as sticking my nose in her business. I ... I just do it because I honestly care about her well-being and would like to see her be an upstanding citizen in the world.

Secretary's Note:

It should be mentioned that Mr. Price toward the end of his testimony grabbed a tissue and wiped a tear from his eye as he seemed to feel sympathy and a genuine sadness for the current mental state he claims that Ana Valentine is in. Additionally, he tried to suggest that she be admitted to a psychiatric ward and forced to undergo a psychiatric evaluation due to her constant instability; he even offered to cover the costs of this procedure. The court has taken his comments under consideration but has not made a ruling.

In conjunction with Nevada’s Mental Health Act, the following Addendum(s) are being cited in the case of Miss. Ana Valentine:


Involuntary psychiatric assessment
16(1) A medical director who receives an application under subsection 8(1) for an involuntary psychiatric assessment of a person shall ensure that a psychiatrist examines the person and assesses his or her mental condition.
Requirements for involuntary admission
17(1) After examining a person for whom an application has been made under subsection 8(1) and assessing his or her mental condition, the psychiatrist may admit the person to the facility as an involuntary patient if he or she is of the opinion that the person
(a) is suffering from a mental disorder;
(b) because of the mental disorder,
(i) is likely to cause serious harm to himself or herself or to another person, or to suffer substantial mental or physical deterioration if not detained in a facility, and
(ii) needs continuing treatment that can reasonably be provided only in a facility; and
(c) cannot be admitted as a voluntary patient because he or she refuses or is not mentally competent to consent to a voluntary admission.
Determining competence to consent
17(2) In determining whether a person is mentally competent to consent to a voluntary admission under clause (1)(c), the psychiatrist shall consider whether the person understands the nature and purpose of admission and whether the person's condition affects his or her ability to appreciate the consequences of giving or withholding consent.
Involuntary admission certificate
18(1) A psychiatrist who admits a person to a facility as an involuntary patient shall complete an involuntary admission certificate in the prescribed form and file it with the medical director.


The Advisory Board requests a hearing on 23/05/13 based on the findings of one Dr. James Preston.

Less than 24 hours before she is due to appear in court, Ana Valentine has failed a court mandated Drug Screening.

Details as to what she has failed on have not been released - Although a secretarys note on the released form stated the following:


Drug also known to be an uncontrolled substance, however, concurring papers from the (supposed/named) prescribing doctor are expected.

Court Notes: The following is a recorded account of the witness statement given by one Buzzsaw Bundy.

I first met Ana a little under two years ago, from the beginning the relationship was frantic and detriment to me and my character. Ana is not only one of the most manipulative people I have ever met, but her comprehension of the human psyche makes her more than capable of fooling the casual observer into believing she is simply a victim.

The first signs of Ana's problems arose when I noticed her turn in drinking. Ana was once a devout non-drinker and she had no need to carry the weight of sobriety as it seemed to come natural to her. However, I was quick to learn this was simply a facade. As with everything else in Ana's life, you will only see what she wants you to see.

I struck a personal relationship with Ana and we did, indeed, date on and off for the proportionate time that I have known her, it is through this channel I am able to confirm that whilst she is very intelligent and ccomperhending, she is also incredibly dangerous to herself an others. She is an alcoholic and, I suspect, addicted to the prescription drugs she has been taking intermittently for the past four-five years. She suffer from a compulsive need to use sexual prowess to gain power over people and her level of co-dependency is to such a degree that she is unable to form a normal relationship...

A perfect example would be Ana's relationship with her late mother...

== The court wishes it be recorded that at this time, Miss Valentine attempted to halt Mr. Bundy's witness with threats of violence. She was requested to calm down, opposing this, she then proceeded to strike her representation in the face twice, breaking his nose. She also broke thee wrist of the court appraised Bailiff before she was taken under control by members of the advisory panel. Miss Valentine was forcibly removed from the court, at which point Mr. Bundy was asked to step down. ==

Secretary Note:

Please have it noted that after this turn of events, Mr Eric Price requested a recess to the judges chambers, where-by it was agreed, the same doctor (one James Preston) who gave the initial observations would be the one to detain and evaluate Miss. Valentine.

This was bought to protest my some of Miss. Valentine's supporters, however the judge would like it noted that these were for potentially self-motivated intents.

Mr. Bundy was concise and polite, he covered all areas of concern and we are thankful for his contribution.

Mr. Price seems to have genuine concern for the case, we appreciate his time and recommended assistance. Have it noted there may be further influence required from him, dependent upon the results of the evaluation.
