Despite refusing medical treatment after a vicious assault at the hands of Eric Price and his cohorts, Sarah Twilight will not be competing at Slam on the 24th. This decision to keep the number one contender to Eric Price's WCF Championship off the card was made after Twilight refused to seek medical attention for her injuries. WCF medical staff cited the possibility for a concussion from the trauma to the head and would not clear her to compete for this coming Sunday without first being evaluated by a physician.
In a statement released by Twilight, she claims to have suffered nothing more than a few scrapes and bruises and will be in tip top shape come Sunday. The decision to keep from from competing isn't likely to be overturned with her continued refusal to be evaluated. Twilight is slated to challenge Eric Price for the WCF World Heavyweight Championship in Chicago on March 31st. Officials say that she will still be competing at that event.
