~**~The scene opens up in the backstage following Slam as Chuck Watson is seen with one Hank Brown for an interview for The Red River Mafia.~**~
Hank Brown- I’m here with Chuck Watson of the Red River Mafia, big win for Johnny Craven over the legendary Adam Knite tonight. How impressed are you with “Texas Red”.
Chuck Watson- He picked up his first win in a wrestling ring tonight against probably one of the greatest wrestling superstars of all time. If it had been a “Who’s Your Daddy” or “Gravy on a Pole” Match, the outcome may have been different but who knows for sure? He picked up the win fair and square and now Craven is moving on to Payback to give Knite more of what he’s asked for.
Hank Brown- Davey Boone’s amazing match with Logan that if he had won could have propelled him into World Title contention; he lost in dramatic fashion via Seth Lerch interference. Tell me more on your thoughts of this match.
Chuck Watson- First of all, if Lerch hadn’t have came out then none of this would have happened. Boone was holding his own and doing his thing and even had Logan right where he wanted him. Lerch wanted Boone take Logan out for good and that wasn’t going to happen. Boone wants a shot at Jack of Blades and the World Title, but he’s not willing to suck the cojones of Seth Lerch to get it. Logan beating Boone was a FLUKE and if the match were to take place again, I would GUARANTEE Boone would defeat him this go around. I’d personally be at ringside as well as “Texas Red” Johnny Craven to ensure the fairness of the match. This match between Boone and Logan was fair at the beginning, but unfair at the end. The terroristic ways of one Seth Lerch will not go unjustified! The degrading of “The Savior” of the wrestling industry will not go unjustified! The mocking of the Red River Mafia will NOT GO UNJUSTIFIED!!!
Hank Brown- Speaking about the end, Boone chose not to do the dirty work for Logan and even giving Logan the opportunity to smack in the back with the chair at the end. What do you judge for that scene?
Chuck Watson- Here is the deal, Logan was out of it and could barely stand. He smashes Boone in the back with the chair and he’d get his ASS kicked! Logan is a smart man and did the right thing, Boone has done nothing but given him respect and has gotten SHIT in return! Boone can’t blame himself for this loss and it shouldn’t be a blemish on his record, Lerch, Knite, and Team Xtreme are the ones that should be held accountable for their interference and costing Davey “The Savior” Boone the biggest match of his career! This match was a statement for him and now we must move on to this Sunday at Payback. This night, Red River Mafia WILL get their “payback”…but this night will be only a small bit of the price the parties involved will have to pay. It won’t end here…I promise you that…
