Vote Waylon, because FPV refuses to answer accusations that he fathered an illegitimate child with an unwed teenage mother while burning a flag and worshiping Satan! Why won't the People's Champion answer these accusations? Vote Waylon for transparency!

Some people may ask me, "Franky, you fucking sexy bastard, why haven't you commented on Waylon's recent claims that you knocked up a chick while converting to Satanism?" Well, my fellow WCF-icans, the reason I have not responded is because unlike Mr. Cash, I do not make reckless accusations without first doing the proper research, and from the looks of what my opponent has said, it appears that he has not done said research against me. From 1987 to 1989, I was head clergyman at the "Shut The Fudge Up" church in Sacramento, California, which has prided itself on our leading stance against Satan and any Satan-related persons. I have also taken part in over 300,000 paternity suits in the past year alone, only for everyone to turn up negative. Because unlike said Mr. Cash, I always...ALWAYS...wrap it up. No glove, no love as I always say. Although granted, most of those suits were a confused 8th wonder hijacking the WCF legal offices, but I digress.
As for Mr. Cash himself...I do not know if any of you are aware of this...but as it turns out, Waylon Cash, a man we have come to know and love here in the WCF...was not originally from WCF. Indeed, in the past he was in an organization called W3, no doubt a company that preaches incest and pig russlin' and other redknecky things. This is simply unacceptable, we cannot have some alien running around our company as People's Champion. Who's to say that Waylon Cash is not a spy sent in from W3 to scope out all of Seth Lerch's secrets. Look at all of Waylon Cash's dirty laundry...now look at me. Homebred right here in the WC of F. Sure, I may have spent a few months in GWC, but those months no longer count as part of my career, just Johnny Nova's.
I say if Waylon Cash wants to represent WCF as it's Peoples Champion, then he needs to show us the proper papers that he is indeed of the WCF and not a spy sent out from the W3 acting under the suggestion that W3 has closed down. It is only the right thing to do.
Also, before I end my address, I would like to bring up a point one Corey Black has said against the very Peoples Championship itself. While some may share his views of the title, for me it is simply not true. Look at this title compared to every other title in the WCF. This title has slowly gained more prestige then the other titles in the WCF...I should know, I've held every WCF Title currently available except for the Hardcore and Internet titles. You look at the World title, and it seems that almost every month, at some times every other week, that the belt is passed around from one person to the next. Same goes for most every other title in the WCF, save possibly the Hardcore Title held by the Reverened Roy Speede. Now look at the Peoples Title. Since the belt was restored by Chairman Seth Lerch, only three people have held it in approximatly 8 months. For comparison the World title has changed hands 6 times in the same amount of time. Clearly the People's Title has become not a so-called "lesser belt" as Mr. Black refers to as such, but a badge of honor, passed down from Switches to Phantasm to me, and it is only appropriate that I continue this extraordinary tradition as only I can!

Now hold on just one minute there son. I made no accusations whatsoever. These are accusations that have been made elsewhere, that you had not responded to. I believe in the people's right to know Mr... V. I believe in transparency for the people! All I wanted was the truth, and it SEEMS you have given it to me. for that I applaud your courage.
As for your accusations, I can assure everyone reading this that Waylon Cash may not be a native of this company. I may have moved here six months ago, but I give you my word that I love it just as much as any of you. This is the company where dreams are possible. why, in just a few months, I went from retired, to World Champion. That's what I love about this great company. I would never stoop so low as to try and steal secrets, or wrestlers. Besides, anyone who does any research, as you claim you have, would know that W3 has been closed down for years. It is preposterous to think that I am somehow still working for a defunct company.
The bottom line is this, we can hurl baseless accusations back and forth all day, but Waylon Cash is the only candidate worthy of the People's title. I have never turned my back on the people, and I will never turn my back on the people! WCF is my home, and WCF is the company that I love, and the people deserve a champion that has their best interests at heart, so I ask the WCF faithful, are you better off than you were two weeks ago? I think we all know the answer to that question. FPV has failed as the People's Champion, and when someone fails at a job, we fire them. Do the right thing for WCF, vote for Waylon Cash to be your next People's Champion.
