News have reported that Joel Hall is issuing a challenge to the list of people he wants to face with match stipulations:

-Johnny Stylez
"I still have a score to settle with the asshat who's just lost his championship. Let's see him talk his way to hell."

"Since he's back, I'm gonna see if this guy is worth the watch or not."
-Seth Lerch
"It'll be great to fight the boss again after I kicked his ass before."
-Brad Kane
"He needs to get out more often in the WCF ring and not the XIII ring!"
Hall is willing to wrestle anyone under the stipulations he chooses.
