News have spread that Joel Hall is looking for a challenge in Blast. Here is what he has to say:
"I'm looking for a match against anyone willing to face me at Blast because well, I want to fight. It will be a match under my stipulations, but no bias. I just want a good, clean, at least bloody, fight."
He has also stated that he'll announce the match stipulations after the first person accepts this fight.

Michael Santiago was quoted as saying
"I'd be very interested to hear Mr. Hall's proposal, but I'd be a fool to accept without knowing the exact stipulations. But I'm sure under the right circumstances potentially we could make something happen. "

After hearing Michael Santiago's comment, Joel Hall had to reply with this: "Great. I would like to have a match that I would like to call the 'Omicron Zeta Fear' match. It's an Electrified Cage Taipei Deathmatch where the wrestlers' fists are taped and dipped into glue and in broken and crushed glass, allowing shards to stick to their fists. The match will take place in the ring under, of course, an electrified cage. You up for it?" Hall had also said that there won't be any interferences and bias refereeing. |

After hearing Hall's comments Michael was quick to reply.
"I've never been one for gimmick matches, I believe in actual wrestling. Not my cup of tea."

Hearing this, Joel replied: "Either an Omicron Zeta Fear match or a Iota Kappa Xtreme match. Either those or I'll allow someone else to fight." When asked about what the match stipulations are for the Iota Kappa Xtreme match, Joel had this to say: "It's where wrestlers tape or wrap their hands so that they can punch harder without hurting their own. The match will be of course in the ring but under a Thundercage." |

Hall replies back: "Sorry, but for a regular wrestling match, you can have those anytime on Slam. However for the PPVs, I only work with stips." |

After hearing news of one Mister Joel Hall issuing a challenge, and the stipulations of that Challenge, Terry Roberts has issued the following statement.
"I don't care if Hall wants a chainsaw on barbed wire pole in the middle of a shark infested river match, if the promoters, that being Mister Seth Lurch and company, are willing to book said match, well how does the saying go? Mister Hall, i'm your huckleberry. In other words, be there, and let's raise hell Mister Hall!!"
