WCF.com tracked down Darkside of Treachery member Gravedigger about the recent words of Kid Phantasm.
WCF.com: First of all, why was Kid Phantasm one of the targets of your attack?
Gravedigger: Wrong place. Wrong time. It’s as simple as that. Kid’s part of Pantheon and they’re one of the groups represented in Blast’s world title match. Same with Jeff Purse, NvL and Oblivion. The targets were the factions themselves, not the wrestlers.
WCF.com: What about Kid’s comments about all the respect you have and wondering why you’re still here with you being in the Hall of Fame already?
Gravedigger: For a guy who’s supposedly a genius, Kid says some pretty dumb things here. First of all, I’m not in the Hall of Fame because I’m some dinosaur. I’m still in my 30s and you obviously need a thick ass pair of glasses, Kid. For whatever reason, Seth decided to pay tribute to many of the people on WCF’s roster a couple of years ago by starting a Hall of Fame. He enters people into it almost every year, a lot of them still wrestle here in WCF. Again, if Kid was actually smart, he’d realize how many people in the Hall of Fame still wrestle and are not old. This isn’t WWE’s Hall of Fame or WCW’s Hall of Fame or Pro Wrestling Illustrated’s Hall of Fame. This is WCF. Oh and I don’t give a damn who respects me or who likes me. I’ve spent my entire career not caring what anyone thinks. That’s why I’m as successful as I have been.
WCF.com: One more question, what do you have to say to his comments about how no one told you that you had actually retired months ago?
Gravedigger: That’s amusing. This coming from a guy whose only accomplishment so far is a title called the “People’s Championship”. Oh and I can’t wait to hear more about him and Nightmare…Days of Our Lives: WCF Style.
