Reading, Pennsylvania - Jury selections have been completed and WCF owner Seth Lerch is set to begin trial on Monday in New York City. Lerch, currently out on bail, was charged two weeks ago in the murder of an FBI agent, a charge that carries a minimum sentence of life in prison. Lerch's trial has been expedited upon his personal request.
After confirming that trial's start date, Lerch texted to WCF.com that, "he fully expects to have his name cleared before Aftermath." Lerch will be represented by the multi-talented wrestler/lawyer Jonny Fly in trial. When reached for comment on the trial's start date Fly responded; "Monday's aren't really good for me. Do I have to be there?"
Be sure to keep checking WCF.com for updates and daily transcripts as the trial proceeds.

When reached for comment (because hey, why not) the current WCF World Champion had this to say on the matter:
"Guilty. The guys been doing illegal shit for years, fueled by his insane beliefs that he's untouchable because of the power he holds in WCF. It was only a matter of time before he screwed up and did something big enough to get the attention of the authorities. If the jury finds him innocent, then I weap for the current state of the US Legal System."
