I would really like to know what people thought of my latest RP. I take constructive criticism well, so please don't be afraid that I'll be offended. I want to improve.

Dude... your RP's are as solid as they come. Length was about perfect, you handled descriptive detail concisely, and the content was great. I don't see a whole lot of room for improvement, there, myself. It was rather an enjoyable read, and I have to say, a relief not to have to wade through the standard "you're from the South, so you're an uneducated alcoholic and are involved in an incestuous relationship with a cousin" type of stuff that typically gets slung around.

I concur with Reb. I thought it was very well written. You do a great job of setting the scene with your description without overdoing it to the point of redundancy. I also think that Waylon comes across as earnest and genuine. He's a real person, not just some guy playing up a gimmicky stereotype. He works an extra job on the side to support himself. He drives an El Camino with that engine that just barely has enough juice left in it to rev up, but yet she always comes through for him and he loves her for it. That's why he stays loyal to her. I enjoyed the shoot (i.e. smack talking) portion of this RP. I thought the shoot was a bit lacking in your first RP, but this time you brought it. It was well thought out and original. Waylon seemed like a man on a mission as he addressed the difference in lifestyles between he and Reb, and he did it in a way that made him come across as a prideful working class man rather than a bitter burnt out redneck. Well done. I'm curious to see how things develop between Waylon and Roxxy, but of course that will have to wait for another day and another promo.
