At Aftermath, it is rumored that Joel Hall might make a surprise appearance but due to his condition.

[Speede]

Roy Speede heard the rumors that Joel Hall was coming back, and had this to say:

"It's not a surprise return if you tell us. Try again!"

After hearing Roy Speede's comment, Joel Hall had something to say.

"It's only a rumor. Pay attention."

[Speede]

Roy Speede heard Joel Hall's retorts, and followed up with some of his own.

"Still, if it's being spread as a rumor, it will not be a surprise when it actually happens. Like how there were rumors going around Jonny Fly liked to roll around on the mat with Sarah Twilight. He confirmed it by letting her score the win this week."

And he still won't be booked for XIII.

After reading those comments, this is what Joel Hall had to say.

"But I haven't confirmed anything yet, Speede."

"Oh, and I don't need to be booked at XIII, Black. Why should I waste my time being booked in a low-paid PPV? I have better things to do than being booked with jabronis."
