So WM sucked, RAW sucked, they have given me no reason to assume that they are going to be putting out an entertaining product any time soon.
I watch NXT, love it.
I don't watch ROH. I don't watch Lucha Underground or NJPW. I don't watch these shows because I don't get the channels. Where can I stream ROH or Lucha Underground, preferably for free? Between the two (or three if you count NJPW), which one should I really try to get invested in? I don't think I realistically have time to watch more than one on a regular basis.
Where can I watch these shows?

I watch ROH when I can through my digital antena, might be an option where you live as well if you looked into it. Don't know about the others, but would like the answer to that myself.

You can watch ROH's weekly show for free on their website. So I'd say go for that. Also...Lucha Underground, man. I know you can buy it on iTunes, but I dunno if there are other ways to get it.

Lucha puts most of their main events on Youtube. Don't be silly.

Don't jump into Lucha Underground.. start from the beginning and watch all the way through if possible. I know some of its on demand, but man, they write it just like a TV show/Soap, so its got twists and turns worth watching (in addition to some great ring work.)

Lucha is all on YouTube. You just gotta find it. Not through the el Rey network.

I vote for NJPW. I think all of their English shows can probably be found online. NJPW World is so nice, and it'd be an easy promotion to keep up with since they don't have weekly shows - you can still just watch NXT and catch New Japan when something big comes up.
Their Invasion Attack PPV this weekend has English commentary!, it looks like they're trying to reach bit by bit into America.
