Me, and three other WCF "vets" talked about the whole RPing deal. We couldn't agree on a rule to limit the amount of RPs. Or the new forum. Or so on and so forth.
I'm coming to you as a reasonable person. An efed co-worker.
I'm asking you nicely to slow down on all the roleplays. You don't have to. Infact. You can just dismiss this whole thread, and i'd be fine. But just know that i'm coming to you ooc-poster to ooc-poster. No fighting. No arguing. No nothing.
It's very hard for us to cater to our girlfriends, jobs, family, houses, cars, outside life, and try to RP in the WCF as well. We just don't have the time. So infact we'll slow down on the OOC outbursts, if you guys could slow down on the Roleplays.
We'd greatly appreciate it. I would atleast.
Just asking.

Both Ace and I have exams coming up anyway so expect our count rate to slow down. The reason behind our ubiquitous posts are as I have said countless times before is character development. Every post except for 'The First Folio' has not been related to a match and only a select few have been based around my feud.

As a guy who both has to work and sustain himself as well as has a feverant love of RPing, I kind of see both sides of the posting for character development's sake issue. I personally, as I've been trying to with Ellis, usually try to make the development and revelation of the past, a slow and gradual thing that's incorporated into the RPs and feuds. Making the Rps more interesting by adding the character development gradually, other than dumping all the background and important things into a few posts. But on the other hand, you have to look at the medium. Most RP clubs and groups, including the old Ayenee work I used to do before going to E-Fedding, stay around for a while, and could be sustained over board posts, separate boards, Yahoo/Cheetahchat, etc. E-feds, however, not only require quick fixes in able to meet constant deadlines, but most of them seem to close after a few months. I'm not saying this one will, but that seems to be the average. In closing, I haven't slept in two days.
