Doc enteres the doors to the arena, bag on his shoulder. Keeping his head lowered so that his eyes are hidden, he strides confidently down the hall.
"Excuse me, Doc, do you have a few?" Hank Brown asks microphone in hand. "Your first match didn't end the way you wanted, is there a better plan tonight?"
Doc just turned, lighting a cigarette, "Well, Mr. Brown, bein' a daisy I see." Placing one hand on his belt, he nodded, "You see, I underestimated my competition last week. A flaw that won't happen again."
"So, your saying you failed to give it your all."
"Not at all, I simply didn't take their skills at the fullest. Tonight, though, I face a pirate, or rather a wannabe." Doc grinned, "The man thinks he's a feersome raider of the sea. Although I've never seen one with plastic weapons. You see, me I ama gambler, a cowboy, and a Southern cultured man." Doc removed a nickle plated .45 revolver, "And I don't carry fake weapons, much like I don't scare easy. This Mr. Dancer, well, he's swimming with the big boys now. He doesn't need to concern himself with his mangy dog, but rather, the cards he's been dealt. You see tonight I send a message, to the whole of WCF, as welL as my buddy Reb. I'm here to cash out as the top star, and finish some business."
Turning, Doc strides off, spinning his gun intricately, before holstering it under his coat as Hank is left wanting more answers.
