The calming serenity of waves crashing on the shore caresses your ears. Your toes dig in the sand, feeling the heat of the sun on your face, the cool breeze from the ocean coming in to cool you down. In the sand, stands a man alone. A man who once had everything. A man who toured the country. shocked and inspired a world with his band, his ruthless ambition to be the best. Something's change, some things dont.
Apollo: "Listen. Avery. I know you think you're a paragon of light, you vow never to bend the rules, break the law, cheat to win. But when you come down to losing it all. Will you feel the same? There aren't many times in your life when you have the choice. You have to act on instinct. Imagine being a little older than you are right now. Lets say Twenty-six. So five years. In FIVE years, lets say you make a name for yourself in the wrestling business. You're the in line to be the champ baby, you're at the top of your game. The next morning you wake up and you're in prison. Drunk driving accident, that you can't even remember. The next thing you do, you turn on the TV, and all over the TV you see some giant freak with your girlfriend. Would you be a paragon of light then? or would you crack, fall from your star status back down through the atmosphere and brutally to the ground. Back to where you started."
Apollo looks out into the ocean, takes a few deep breaths, and continues
"The truth is Avery. I'm there right now. I've been the biggest star of them all, i've toured the country, sold out shows, been the reason millions of people have came out to see me. But it's all nothing now. I've lost the band, I've lost my girl. I've got some revenge for the last one, but I need something to replace Triangle. That's gold. I've competed with some of the brightest and best in this company and i'm not ready to bow out in a match to you. I'm going for an encore baby! This is the new Apollo, the fallen star on his path to redemption, and Avery....you're the first step."
