The camera opens up in a room. An empty room with only two chairs. Seated in one is Dobbie. The other is barely visible as someone is blocking the view of the camera as they lean up to turn it on. The person sits back down in their chair: it's Chester.
Chester: Yeah, so we got bored. Gravedigger wanted us to cut an official promo with an interviewer later in the day, but we had nothing better to do right now and had plans for later. So the pay-per-view is tomorrow. Tomorrow is when we step into the ring to once again ensure that my brother stays on top here in WCF. We make sure he keeps control of the company...that we, The Dark Side, keep control of the company. We also help Digger regain the world title and our hold on WCF comes full circle.
The naysayers think that we have met our match. That finally, Gravedigger has no tricks up his sleeves since he's having to show his hand in the form of this 8-man tag team match. All of his chips have been pushed to the middle of the table. Gravedigger is now all...in. I don't see how they can think that there's a chance at us losing our match this Sunday. We are a unified force. They are a fragmented grouping of wrestlers. Seth looks at them and sees former champions. Seth sees former world champions, tag team champions, hardcore champions, and television champions in his group.
Seth, all the past accomplishments in the world don't matter a single bit. All that matters is the present accomplishments of the 8 men in the ring. You have a world champion in your group, Torture. He's one of two people in the match with really great accomplishments in the present time. The other being my brother, Gravedigger, who has only lost a couple of times and has defeated everyone you've thrown at him and the rest of us to regain your pathetic company. Your "scum-sucking leech" of a company as my brother would put it.
Yes, it's true that Logan held the US title for a little while, but it was a joke of a title reign. You won the title because someone interfered in the match. You first and only REAL title defense of the belt was against the very man that defeated you for it, Mikami. Actually, to be honest, when was that title belt ever really NOT a joke? Maybe Mikami can restore some respect to that title. But...Logan? You're a joke. You're a has-been.
We're one day away from one of the biggest matches in WCF history and half your team hasn't even said a word, Seth. What's the deal? See, most people will look at the team of The Dark Side and think your group of "heroes" are just so confident that they can destroy us that they don't really need to say a word. Yeah, I hear the things said backstage about how myself, Dobbie, and Mike D are nothing more than lackeys. Run your mouths. Underestimate us, I'm hoping you do. I want to see the looks on your faces when you are destroyed by The Dark Side. I want to see the looks on your faces when you look to my brother and realize that he truly is unstoppable. I want to watch the looks of despair on your faces as he poses in the ring and has the world title belt strapped around his waist.
See, I don't think your group of "heroes" are silent because they are completely confident that they can beat us, no. I think it's because they're worried, they're afraid. They're out training like there's no tomorrow. They know this will be the match of their lives. All of WCF needs to be watching this match. There will be no tomorrow. There will be no more WCF in a few weeks. Your little title reigns won't matter. Your little feuds with each other won't matter. What you say on the microphone or the camera won't matter. Nothing you say or do will matter if The Dark Side wins tomorrow.
