Dear Mr McCreary,
Further to your enquiry via a telephone office I wanted to confirm that the information you have received as being accurate and that it has been decided due to your action this past Monday afternoon (04/16) at the Fort Sumter Visitor Education Center that the following actions will be taken. Charleston Police Department have informed us you were charged on the count of illegally filming at the Fort Sumter National Monument without a permit or written consent from from the relevant official departments, using foul and abusive bordering on racist language aimed at the citizens of and State of South Carolina, a generalization insulting the South and other verbal insults threats to members of the public gathered to view the monument.
In addition to this we have reports that all this was done without the prior consent and knowledge of your employer Wrestling Championship Federation who are exonerated in this matter as it has been proven without doubt that you acted alone in regards to your ill advised attempt at self promotion. We are also concerned that despite everything you seen to gleam some sort of satisfaction with how events have unfolded and believe this to be a good publicity stunt, rather than it being in the poor taste everyone but you seems to consider it to be.
Therefore we have come to the decision that:
1. You will be banned by the South Carolina State Commission from pursuing any active competition as a wrestler in the state of South Caroline for no less than the period of three years pending an official review nearer the time. Please be advised that should you choose to appeal and continue to so no sign of remorse for your actions that ban will be increased to at least five years or, at the boards discretion we may choose to impose the maximum life ban. We can not stress how seriously we take this matter and while this does set a precedent we would hope it will in future others from conducting themselves more professionally in public.
2. You will be fined the sum of $10,000 dollars
3. No action will be taken against WCF as the State Athletic Commission finds that you acted alone and without consulting your employer at any time and therefore then can not be held responsible for your actions. We will however recommend that they review your contract and that the new owner of WCF adds a clause allowing them to ensure this incident does not occur again in the future.
