This is the time of renewal. A new year and new trifles.
Poor Jason O'Neal failed outright to answer for his action at ONE, while miss Bonnie Blue fell back into desperate tactics to eliminate me for the time being from the world title bid.
Patience though, children. Their times will come.
Furthermore I have my own titles to consider, a pair of prizes befitting any king, to be sure. I have the Omega safely secured...
And I have two men seeking to usurp the rightfully held sign of the chaos theory, of our brotherhood.
So I now call upon the Sandman. This week I face off against jack smith, the Yin to my Yang, the alpha to my....well you all know the rest.
Sandman, my challenge is to you. Too long has it been since we last tested each other's mettle.
You barely escaped our first encounter. I have not forgotten.
Teo del Sol, Omega Champion, Elightened Child of the Sun and One Half of the Chaos Theory.
Vs the Sandman, the Jackal-bitten phenom of the desert winds.
1 week from next Sunday. no belts.
This fight between us goes beyond titles.
You, me, only pride on the line.
I want to see for myself the scarred man who once made the WCF know fear.

I should have known better, what with your excuses and backpedaling when Wade and I challenged Chaos Theory to a Tag Title match at Slam a few days ago. You want my answer? Well here it is: No belt, no match. You impressed at One. Unlike in our match two years ago, you came out on top and became the Omega Champion. Congratulations, honestly. But as you know, a champion can't sit idle on his throne. You've got to defend your Title, which you're yet to do. And who better to prove your worth against than the man who, as you so eloquently put, "once made the WCF know fear?" Past tense I might add. Funny, because in issuing such an empty challenge, your fear of me is all too transparent. If you want a match with me, one-on-one, it's going to be for your Omega Title. End of story. As livid as I am about getting snubbed in the #1 contender tournament for the World Title, the thought of winning the second most prestigious Title in the WCF almost satiates my desire to be on top of WCF Mountain again. Almost. |

This is no challenge over the Omega, you have no reason to desire it except base greed. This is about proof. Proof that you deserve to be throwing threats towards champions. Proof that you are as flerce as we should believe. Here's my offer. One match, you and me. 2 weeks from now. If you win, ill give you your match at the pay-per-view, and I'll let you pick the type of match. If I win, I get the watermark of having toppled the Sandman. I respect you enough to let you earn a title shot. But I respect you to much to hand you one. |

On one hand, Teo is one half of the Champions, and deserves a say in proceedings.
However, Dune is a bonafide main eventer, and therefore deserves respect rather than flippancy from the Champions.
I sense a hard fought title match brewing.

Let me get this straight...the reigning Omega Champ challenges me to a match, then refuses to put his Title on the line? You do realize you're supposedly one-notch below the World Champion right? I suggest you start acting like it. You can make all the excuses you like as to why you don't want to give me a title shot, but the truth is all too evident - you're afraid of losing it. You know it. I know it. The WCF Faithful know it. So I'll say it again:
No belt, no match.
There are two ways we can handle this:
1) Chaos Theory puts their Tag Titles on the line against me and Wade Moor, and if we win, you give me a one-on-one shot at your Omega Title, as Corey Black so wisely suggested.
2) You and I go at it next week for the Omega Title. Then, when you and Kyle Kemp are backed into a corner and have no excuses left to deny me and Wade a shot at your Tag Titles, we have it out for them in the ring.
You have two things I want, Teo. The Omega Title, and one half of the Tag Team Titles. With regard to your desire for proof that I'm someone to fear in the ring, we both know you already have it. Because every time you backpedal away from putting it all on the line against me, your cowardice shows through.
Don't be a coward, Teo. Be a Champion...if you're up to the task.

This is a strange timeline. @daybreaker Brother Wade, you of all people should know the universe is a transitory space. Reputation, legacy, these are fallacies. What matters is the now. Your only victory as a team came over someone who had just pinned his own partner. While I never have cared for your temperment, I do respect your accolades. But you know that the WCF falters when it places value on a man's name rather than his deeds. Need I remind people of Mexico? These things must be earned. Brother Kyle had to wait months to get a guaranteed title shot. We had to face each other in the ring of honor to decide the omega's holder. Are you saying your names make you better than any other man on this roster? That your reputation entitles you to priveleges? It is to laugh. Leave your reputations in the past. Re-earn your stature. Prove yourself. Brother Kyle had to. I had to. Neither you nor the Sandman are special, despite Dune's sudden Gold Fever. Any man on any day can be the best in the world, brother Wade. It is my goal to make that man prove it. |

Glad to see you haven't forgotten your roots. Before you get too worked up though, you should know that Wade's come a long way since your fall. I never thought I'd say it, but there's light in the Leviathan - far more of it than there is darkness. It's one of the reasons I've aligned myself with him, that and his undeniable supremacy in the ring. People can change, Crow. You should know. You're "living" proof. But hey, you want to fight? Well that's why we're here. Just get in line behind Chaos Theory and you'll get one soon enough. |
