[It's Wednesday night which means family game night in the Murphy parents family home. We are mid way through an intense game of Monopoly, classic edition. The parents team have several green hotels established throughout the highest priced properties and red houses on the middle areas of the board near railroads and electric company which is also owned by the Murphy parents. Jack Smith is passed the dice to roll. Alina blows on the dice for good luck.]
Jack Smith: Come on, no five.. come on, no five..
(A 2 and 3 are rolled.)
Jack Smith: Dammit, why did it have to be a five!!
(The silver metal thimble game piece is moved five spaces, landing on a hotel placed on Board Walk.)
Alina: I told you not to buy Marvin Gardens!
Jack Smith: Yeah and Baltic Avenue was a big help..
Alina: Hey, I bought that with my beauty pageant winnings! Hey Buddy who's a good boy?
[Buddy the dog runs over in excitement with a tongue ready to lick a Wagging tail that conveniently knocks over all the cards and game pieces. Mr. & Mrs. Murphy cross their arms and give Alana a judgmental stare.]
Alina: Buddy! Look what you did. Oh well! Guess that makes us the winners..
Jack Smith: How do you figure that? We only owned two properties.
Alina: PLUS a get out of jail free card and you can't put a price on freedom.
Jack Smith: Good game mum and Dad. Hate to cheat and run Mr. & Mrs. Murphy but we have a very special Night planned in Philadelphia on the first of the year.
