READING, Pa. (AP) - Former WCF World Champion Dune was spotted leaving WCF headquarters in Reading, Pennsylvania on Friday.
When asked about his reasoning for being there, Dune had this to say:
“I’m here to settle the score. What I thought was taken care of at Fifteen in January 2016 wasn’t. Howard Black, Occulo, and I - alongside Joey Flash - failed to achieve what we set out to. We didn’t stop him in his tracks, we merely slowed him down. Now he’s back, and I can’t let him stay. I won’t. It’s time I finish this once and for all.”
When asked to clarify who he was referring to, Dune wouldn’t say, however all signs point to his comment having something to do with Wade Moor, who shared a brief yet odd exchange with Dune online earlier this week.
Just before Dune got in the passenger seat of a black SUV, he answered one final question regarding his future in the WCF.
“After One, anything’s possible. But first I’ve got to see this through. Right now, nothing else matters.”
His comments all but confirm a return to the ring at One, WCF’s biggest show of the year, if not before.
Dune hasn’t squared off in the ring since Explosion 2016, where he fell to the current WCF World and Television Champion John Rabid.

Ow, my aching head. Hey Kyle, is it cold water or sugar water that cures headaches?
I'm going with sugar water.
Hey, I think that phone you got me is picking up my voice, is there a way to turn that off?

Can you save him?
I hear him, begging for help, screams falling on deaf ears.
It reminds me of those lonely nights in the Mojave. With only me and the sounds of your own madness to keep you company.
Can you save him?
I don’t think this one will last very long.
